I ordered this program online and they offered a "no questions asked" refund. I asked for a refund and they started asking questions. I told them it was too slow and they offered suggestions. The suggestions still did not speed it up to my satisfaction, so I asked for the refund again. They asked more questions and I said I was not satisfied so I would like a refund.
