I am forced to write you in behalf of my daughter, 17 y/o who had experienced disappointment, embarrasment by one of the staff of KFC -Gorleston, High Street, UK. My family been patronizing KFC for many years especially my daughter loves KFC chicken since she's small. We always look for KFC even when we're abroad. I was surprised when she arrived home today upset and told me what has happened. That on 14th day of March 2011 at about 3:30 PM when my daughter decided to go to KFC - High Street to buy her KFC meal when approached by the male staff (wearing black uniform) arrogantly without patience what's my daughter going to order. That, as she's placing her order suddenly changed her mind instead she decided to order the full meal (Kentucky Jack), the male staff answered with an insulting tone of voice showing that his not happy why she changed her mind what to order. Because of embarrasment my daughter decided to take away the meal and she discovered later that the french fries was not in the package and they didn't issue her the receipt. This is so disgusting and it's not fair that my daugther be treated this way! We don't need this kind of staff to upset their loyal KFC customers.
