KFC fast food with long experience, huge profit(which is taken from ordinery customers who are ready to pay high price just because of the name) but using very rude, not skilled staff that even not heard anything about Customer Care.<br />
We couldn't beleive that all of the staff we talked at Marbel Arch branch of KFC in London today (14/04/2009) were very impolite and unprofesional especialy the guy whoes name was "Ansari".<br />
N0body care or do not want to answer.<br />
We couldn't get the complain procedure even through the KFC web site.<br />
They push the customers and don't give time to choose for what we are paying for.<br />
I cant not find a word to discribe their Rudness, but what I Know is If A Company's system allows their direct staff who are handling food to customer allow themselves to do what they like it means that that organisation have a lot of problems, notonly their staff butalso in all the service they provied.<br />
We were very sorry that spend our time in KFC and will not Use it again.<br />
I know KFC management will not care too but these simple golden basic requirment shouldn't be ignored at all.
