Zinger chicken not available at Milnerton KFC
I have been at KFC Milnerton on 4 occassions over the last 3 weeks and every time requested Zinger chicken just to be told that I would have to wait between 14 and 20 minutes for Zinger chicken.
On 6 September I asked how it could be possible that they never seemed to have Zinger chicken available and was told that it is not very popular and therefore they don't keep much Zinger chicken in stock.
I think that this is totally unacceptable given that KFC is running quite an estensive ad campaign advertising Zinger chicken.

Mold found on my Famous bowl
I purchased 2 famous bowls and one streetwise 2. Back at the of office i opened my famous bowl and to my surprise i found mold on my food - the other one was fine! I contacted the branch and spoke to Diane. She requested that i bring it back and she'll give me a new bowl and extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I took it back, BUT asked for my money back. She insisted that i should choose something else from their menu, i still refused, telling her that you just sold me OLD FOOD WITH MOLD ON IT. She corrected me, said that it's not the food that's old, but the cheese that is full of mold. Imagine, does that make it better? Now whether it's old food with mold on or moldy cheese, how can you sell something like that to a customer?? On my photo's it's clear that the mold is growing on the food. Imagine it was dark and i didn't spot the mold, i would've fallen very ill. There was no chance in hell that i would've accepted anything else from someone who just sold me moldy food, would you??

Feathers on chicken pieces
I bought 5 pieces (spicy version) of KFC from their Kempton Park Branch. Cooking oil was dripping all over the place and eventually i had to cook something to eat. i left two pieces so that i can eat them at work today during lunch. Guess what: there were feathers all over the other two pieces. this is unacceptable, my hard earned R45 down the drain, just like that.

Worst KFC in the world
I ordered a burgermeal and sprinklepops at the drivethrough, and they gave me a burgermeal and a mini loaf. Luckely I had a look before I drove off. I returned the food through the window, and explained the problem. They then started preparing the sprinklepops. I then parked in the parking area and walked into the KFC. The staff were shouting to each other, they were very unorganised. One of the other customers asked one of the staff to quiet down and speak, not shout. I phoned the customer careline, and told them about my problem. They said that they were gonna phone the manager and sort out the problem. Five minutes later I phoned the careline again, requesting that they can keep the food, and give back my money. Again I was told that he's going to phone the manager. I logged a complaint with him, and stil havent heard anything. They did phone me last week and asked if I received a call, and when I told them no, they said they would come back to me. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to.

This is the worst KFC in the country, the chicken is never fresh, the credit card machine and ice cream machines are always out of order. When the KFC first opened it was busy every night and the food was good. Now the place is ALWAYS Empty. We have always enjoyed the food at KFC and would hate for this branch to close due to a lack of support.

In August we visited the Bergview branch and were appauled by the poor service. The staff were miserable and took 20 minutes to serve us even though we were the only people waiting there. The store was not very clean as well. Please do something about this.

Dont ever use the fourways drive through, they put in the worst pieces and smallest pieces as well, as they clearly know that no one will open and check the boxes.

Stay away from them
At 17:30 today my husband went to KFC Richards Bay. He went into the store and ordered a variety Feast. He asked for Zingers. He then asked Zama TWICE if she is sure it is Zinger as he didnt think the sauce looked right. To which she answered YES twice. He then wanted to pay and when he produced his card, he was asked 'Dont you have cash?' if he did, he wouldnt use his card... ! He was then made to wait as Zamas card machine was not working. She was waiting for the person next to her to finish with their card machine... although there we a further 5 or so available card machines! My husband has just arrived home with the KFC... and surprise surprise... NOT Zingers, despite being asked twice! Luckily for Zama my husband was not prepared to drive back to KFC to complain as he is not impressed. One question...HOW HARD IS IT TO GET AN ORDER RIGHT...WHEN ASKED TWICE...?? Zama needs to jack up her customer service and if she cannot remember an order...Maybe write it down?? Not acceptable.

They keep customers hostage and forcing them to except bad service to maximize profits
KFC has 2 branches in Paarl. One in Main Road and one in Lady Grey Street which are about 400 meters from each other. During office hours both branches are open as the Lady Grey branch is located in the commercial area. Note that they are 400 meters apart. After hours the branch in Lady Grey closes and only the Main Road branch remains open. KFC is popular in Paarl as in the rest of the country and all cliental is forced to the Main Road branch causing waiting times of up to 45 minutes and queues of 100 meters. KFC and the franchisee are misusing their market position, keeping customers hostage and forcing them to except bad service to maximize profits.

This is the second bad experience I have had at this branch
At 13h15 today my friend and I again made the fatal mistake of going to the Kentucky Fried Chicken branch in Beyers Naude Drive Cresta. After standing like lost souls for almost 10-15 minutes we were eventually served by Tiisetjo. WOW I was left speechless by her appalling attitude. She talked so fast that we had to keep on asking her to repeat herself so that we could actually figure out what she was trying to say to us. Then after getting the order, paying and waiting for it she again proceeded to mumble something back to us upon which I showed her that we actually really cannot hear what she is saying - then she screamed back at the top of her voice. Perhaps she should get some refresher customer service training? This is the second bad experience I have had at this branch. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN TO THIS BRANCH.
