Bad service
Im curious that how cum KFC customer service became so bad!
My fren and I were went to KFC with happy mode, somehow my mood was destroyed by a Staff who named Fazila who working at Shah Alam Bukit Jelutong...
Tat day I was ordered 1 set meal for my lunch...and the drink i ordered is Pepsi, but then he served me a cup of sirap(red colour)..
By the time I reliased, I walked to the counter and asked for a change...
The staff FAZILA was refused to change for me with showing a ''irritate'' face to me!!!
Between, Im a customer who pay for it ...I have such right to ask for the change, why the staff never ever take care of customer's need????
Never ever have such bad exprience service in KFC!!!
plz provide training for them to improve thier attitude of serving customer!!!

bad sevrvice
every time i buy something from kfc i need to go and stand again in the line to get all the things they didnt put in the bag, it is starting to get normal for me that theyy just dont listen to what you order, and then you get the old chips that you can see is a week old and the burger is also old mcdonalds is starting to give better service and there food is fresher.

When you go to a resturant at11:30 they should have food cooked. This is a fast food resturante. I and my daughter had to wait 35 minutes for them to have our food ready. There was no chicken cooked. One of the workers completed of having to give out desserts because we had to wait. I WILL not recommend KFC again nor will I dine in ever. This was the worst experience I have had eating at KFC. The matter of their $1000 drawing. I do not believe in this contest and I believe this is a way to get people to come eat at KFC.

Service
The Supervisor at the shop at Baulkham Hills namely Anuk Silva was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to me on Saturday 24/07/10.
The girl at the counter namely Freya served me and was prepared to make minor changes such as original to hot & spicy etc. She was also prepared to give me a senior's discount as I am a senior.
This bright guy comes along and cancels every thing and told me "Take it or Leave it ". This was all after the girl at the counter had done all the necessary formalities. I did take it but told him that I would complain.
I would like to know what action you take or intend to take towards this person.

roaches
Do not eat here. They have roaches. I walked in a couple of days ago and I saw a couple of roaches running around. I walked out, disgusted. My friend had the same experience a few days prior. Too bad she didn't tell me before and save me a trip. I will never eat at another KFC ever again.

Shocking Service
I am sick and tired of going to KFC Brackenhurst, Alberton. Every time I have gone there their credit card machines are not working. I understand that they have shit with signal and connection but seriously. Besides that when you arrive at the drive thru there is no notification that their machines are not working, place your order at the 1st window pay at the next only to find that you have to go inside to pay... and guess what the F@#king machines are not working. I will never go to KFC again to be inconvenienced and have my day spoilt. Another thing KFC needs to look at employing people with the correct skills, asked to speak to management and when I complained to this Manageress all she could do was shrug her shoulders, GREAT customer care. I will be spreading the word about how useless KFC as a whole are.

poor service
i am a regular customer of kfc with a family of 4 my orders cost between £20-£30 each visit i went today my order cost £22 i stated i wanted as many chicken drummers as possible in my bucket meal and didnt even have 1 in it and was very disapointed could u please email me back with ur feed back at [email protected] |
