bad service
I frequent this KFC at least twice a week to purchase (2) Five Fiery Grilled wings meal with coleslaw . I know that the preparation time is normally 12 minutes. Sometimes I will call ahead, However on today May 24th after leaving a doctors appt. I stopped at this location and ordered my usual ( 2) five fiery grilled wings and was told it would be 15 minutes. I was okay with that and did not mind waiting since I had not called ahead. My receipt (after paying for my order) was time stamped 4:01. When I received my order it was 4:50. I was told on one occassion 5 more minutes. After maybe 15 more minutes I received my order. I frequent this location because it is near my sisters home and she is the one that I am getting the meals for. However I think that I should have been told if there was a problem and I would have gone to another location. My sister was sitting in the car all this time. This is unacceptable

poor quality chicken
The last two times i ave went to this kfc the chicken has been dry, little meat, and didnt even taste like kfc. this co. as permenatly lost my business.

Rippoff on Meals & Rude Supervisor
After waiting 15 minutes at the counter to be served, with only one person in front - was served by the shift supervisor. Was told that it didn't matter that I didn't want chicken wings in my dinner box, the rules were that it had to have at least two because head office says so. Was told that if I didn't want them, don't buy that meal. Another customer beside me placed an order with another staff member, asked for the same lack of chicken wings and got what he wanted!!? When asked why the supervisor couldn't make the same executive descision, she said " see you later". When I explained that there is a very good reason why people don't like paying up to $3 for a chicken leg, with no meat on it, she said "I don't make the rules, goodbye".

They need to step up the customer service
Went to KFC near me recently and the service stunk and the food was bad. If KFC wants to be competitive with some of the burger places they need to step up the customer service.

employees dont make ammends as promised
On may 2 2010. At 10:05 pm. I ordered an original double down sandwich. When I got home I found nothing but two grilled chicken breasts and nothing else. I called them immediately when I found out and spoke to Gaspar Lopez the manager he said next time I come in he would give me the proper sandwich when I brought the reciept since they are now closed. When I came back on may 15 2010, they said there is nothing they could do. I said excuse me? And the supervisor and employee began laughing at me which provoked me to say I'm not leaving til its resolved, of course I had to use vocabulary of a 2 year old since nobody in this store on te shift spoke sufficient English understand me. The male employee, said he doesn't have to do anything. The I told the female supervisor to call gaspar Lopez to verify. Even after I showed her the reciept my cell phones call log from may 2nd proving I was not lying. On the bottom of the reciept it says "our goal is 100% customer satisfaction" I call kfc's BS. Even though she finally made me a sandwich at no charge I am far from satisfied and will tell everyone not to ever go to kfc for any purpose.

Disgusting Attitudes
This isnt the first time this has happened, But I'm usually one of those guys who brush it off and not worry about it.

But today I was made to feel like a child getting told of.

I was asked by my partner to pick up a 12 piece bucket after work (Which this is actually the first bucket that I've personally been in store to collect) So i went to the tills and ordered the bucket, doing so, My partner rings me (Which I find rude to answer the phone when dealing with a transaction, But I knew this was involved with the purchase), She wanted to get the bigger bucket, So I said fine and apologised to the cashier and say can i have the 15 piece instead.

To which he replied, "well next time can you make sure you know what your DOING before coming over to buy", Well that was it, Ive never been so embarrassed in my life, Even other customers noticed how rude and abrupt the cashier was with me.

Also, He doesn't let you speak, As soon as you go to the cashier, he says "Eat in, take out", then "pepsi, Diet pepsi, Pepsi max, 7up, Tango" etc etc. Leaving me either A - annoyed at what I see as aggressive behavior and B - Finding myself asking him to repeat what he has said, As it is said at speed I never knew man could speak.

Im disgusted with the way I was treat, And in all honestly could of punched the cashier he got me that angry.

Like I said, I wouldnt complain if it was the first time, But now its getting too much.

I hope you take my complaint with professionalism which the cashier, Obviously is lacking.

Need new management
Something needs to be done with the management in this restaurant. The owner has been told that her manager Jess has been sleeping with at least five differant male employees. The staff has made complaints that when a female comes into the store asking for an aplication Jess tells them that they are not hiring. When a male comes into the store she interviews and hires them. Everyone of the new male employees she has had sex with. She also uses drugs and the owner knows this and refuses to do anything about it. I think this is a very poor way of running this business and it will end up leading to a sexual harassment law suit and it wont look good for this company. I have a couple of male and female friends that work there and I have herd them talking about all that have been going on and that the owner seams to not care about the situation. I don't think the community would like to know what is going on in this place, I am to the point of taking this to the local news paper if this is not dealt with.

service
We waked into the rest. with 2 people standing to the side. (Waiting on their order) We proceded to the counter and waited for someone to wait on us. meanwhile taking notice to one girl talking on her cell-phone, 2 gentleman chatting on the back, and another standing in the back and another employee standing at the drive thru. When the cashier arrives her attitude was very harsh! We placed our order which totaled 25.00 and waited. She handed us our cups so we proceeded to go and get our drinks. When we used the machine all it poured our was syrup. All the while the people waiting to the side are still waiting for their food. Complaining about how long it is taking. We then approached the counter again to get new cups because it was so thick in our glasses the lady shouts from the drive thru oh yeah none of those juices work. Well theres no sign posted. Could we please have new glasses. By this time there have been possible 3 or 4 more customers that have walked in and placed orders. The one customer by this point was finally served. The others still waiting when one employee starts asking customers about our order. It was ready. Before the people ahead of us whom by now have said that they have been waiting 20 minutes for their order. They placed our order in to-go bags when we were dining in gave us no silverware or napkins. So back up to the counter again for these items. Another 5 minutes go by and the 1st people that were ahead of us were served. only to find out that they had not completed the order correctly. Still all this time there has not been a sign posted for the beverages my husband and I have been telling customers that the juices were out. one customer finally said something and an employee finally posted a sign on the machine. What a joke that this visit was. the employees were not properly in uniforms. perhaps it's kfc policy that their shirts don't need to be tucked in or that other articles of clothing could be worn. (sweatshirts etc.) I & my husband have managed food establishment and our employees would have been let go with this complaint. Somethings really need changing in this location. Customer service was awful. It only takes one bad visit for someone never to return and only one person to tell another about his location. For it all to unravel.

SERVICE
Ordered 2 drumstick kids meals from the drive through which were wrong when they came ( which was fine as mistakes happen) so took them back into the store to get replaced. To my horror the server went on to put the chicken back in the 'hot store' and not the bin for reuse when they had been out for at least 5 minutes by the time i got back in and served. God only knows what germs are in the chicken now and all this was done whilst standing in front of the manager... shocking!!! To top off my experience there was a family in having a meal and once finished got up and started to leave the restaurant only to be shouted to " thanks for tidying up your mess, its much appreciated" by the very femanine male server who then laughed as if this was funny!!!
I cannot stress how much this entire experience has shocked me as the manager was there and as someone who runs their own business i have to say that anyone showing that kind of attitude would have been sacked on the spot for gross misconduct!!! Abusing customers for something that they should have staff to do is just wrong!!!

taste
i bought a bargain bucket and the chicken tasted like something from an all night kebab shop. i thoughtb that kfc were unique and tasted better than that... so disappointed
