Bad Service
Today I went to KFC which is located in Cairo – Egypt in Nasr City Area, 28 Mostafa El Nahas St.
I began to order and there wasn’t any problem until I was shocked that the guy who prepares the delivery meals is taking the pieces after its fallen from him on the ground and put it again in the boxes to go, moreover I found a customer who was complaining about a piece filled with blood which means not fried or cleaned well and telling the supervisor about it and what shocked me that the supervisor took the piece in silence and didn’t take any action and gave him another piece to shut him up. Now it’s my turn to take my order, the orders screen was off and the cashier guy was telling the kitchen about the order and remembering them about it every while!!!surprisingly I found the supervisor telling me after waiting for around 25 min. that there isn’t any bread for the sandwiches I ordered in the branch for the time being … I was so angry that after waiting that long, he discovered suddenly that there wasn’t any bread to make sandwiches . Moreover, I called the customer service to tell them about my upsetting, their solution was letting the supervisor of the branch calls me and what made me more angry that he called me laughing at my complain.
I don’t think that this is a proffesional way of handling problems or solving it.

Rude employees, not willing to help with allergy concern
My mom and I were in Charleston, South Carolina for our annual trip. We were staying at the Best Western near downtown, which is within walking distance to KFC. We decided to grab something quick to eat, so we went there. Having a severe allergy to peanuts, we asked the girl up front what kind of oil they cook with. After she finished vigrously scratching her head and adjusting herself on the stool she was sitting on, she looked at us, shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". As she continued to dig at her head, I was starting to make my way towards the door when my mom asked her again and made it clear that we were asking because I had an allergy. The girl huffed and puffed and yelled (literally yelled) for the manager. He walked up front, rolled his eyes and demanded, "what??!!" The girl asked what kind of oil do we use, and he said very abruptly, "peanut", rolled his eyes again, and flung himself around in the direction he came from. The girl behind the counter said to my mom, "well, is that what you wanted to know?!" My mom simply said "no thanks". We left.

Food
I don't think your service lives up to your advertising, on two occasions in a short period I have had to leave KFC drive thru On Malibongwe without having bought anything because the ice cream machine was non operational, to top it off I tried a new branch on another occassion that opened near Linden and was told I had to wait 6 min for them to fry chicken, it was 8:45pm I was tired and just wanted to go home, so I left without having bought anything. I don't even look at your adds or think about going through your drive thru's anymore I think Steers, MacDonald or Pizza. How are you going to handle the influx of foreigners with the soccer world cup, when you can't even serve your own locals.

poor service
we visited the resturant and we had to wait half an hour after placing our order. they had nothing prepared only three staff working two of which was meant to be cooking. the man serving didnt have a clue what he was doing you couldnt take a seat as they had not been cleared. the coffee machine has not been working now for over 3 weeks. didnt have much to choose from as they had no stock which i find disapointing!! this seems to be the case everytime i go to the resturant. and atleast five people walked out as they were fed up with waiting. personaly i think they should shut it down and bulid a mcdonalds and i think people would agree!

Filthy restaurant
Driving in from AZ to CA - this is the only KFC at a main exit in Blythe, CA. We'd forgotten that a couple of years prior we had stopped here and that it was terribly dirty. It still is: floors were filthy, tables/counters unwiped and bathrooms unusable - horrendous. One can imagine what the cooking area looks like :( Eat elsewhere!

cold food
I've always love your food until today. I was very disappointed. I had ordered a toasted wrap meal with potato wedges, a large coleslaw, and a drink. The potato wedges were cold, and so was the wrap. I couldn't go back, because I was headed to work, so needless to say I threw everything out, because I was so disappointed in the food, because it was cold.Also the wedges were burned.

Poor sevice & wrong order
Today, 2-5-2010, I used a coupon for the 2 meal deal. I used to order the corn-on-the-cob (which was really good) but they no longer offer this. I don't like ANY of the other sides. They used to offer regular corn (don't anymore) but this was to spicy for me. In place of the potatoes and gravy I always got an extra biscuit in the past. This visit the girl informed me I had to get a side, no substitutions with a biscuit. I chose the potato wedges, even though I don't really care for those either. When I got home I discovered that I was given the whipped potatoes. I HATE whipped potatoes, will only eat mashed potatoes. Even though I wouldn't have liked the wedges much as that is what I asked for I expected to receive them. As this is the closest KFC and I now will not go there anymore my visits will be very rare.

bad food/bad service
i went in to huyton branch for round 6pm on tuesday last week for a family bucket for us.bought 8pcs chicken deal family meal, got home looking forward to eating it and me an family, but the whole 8 pcs chickens ended up going in bin as all chickens had a funny smell as if it was off and very oily like if it was re-cooked and the fries look like been re cooked very bad condition and oilychips bags were oily and ripped in bits inside bucket.

the only thing was ok was the coleslow which was prepacked, all three of us in the family thought the chickens were off so we ended up going to macdonalds for fresh food,
i must mention that this is the first time im complainning from many bad things that i have experinced from this paticullar branch, this is my local kfc as i live near them and i do my best not to go there usually i go to other branches.

also other problems in this branch is the place is always dirty, floor, tables are never cleaned, bins always have rubbish hanging out of them, the staff are very unhelpfull always having bits missing from ur order and forgetting to give u things like forks for coleslaw tissues, missing out the gravy, salt etc etc when u sitting in or take out and so forth.
u never see a manager in front incase u have a complaint only some young girls which when ur food is late or missing no apology or anything, eg they have missed out ur popcorn or miss pcs chicken and u have to come bak from car and wait in quee again to get them and with a bad attitude they just put it in the bag and handed to u as though the customer is in fault, no sorry or anything from staff, i get better service in the local chip shop if mistakes happen.there is always a issue with this branch i think the management needs retrainning properly like ur other branches.

FOODS
whom it my concern.

My husband and I went to KFC on Jan 22 nd @ 7:38pm. We ordered a two piece meal with to sides (two meals). To my dismay it was very old rubbery chicken. So bad that I threw my piece out. The side you could tell where sitting there all day. Even the biscuit was as hard as a rock. I do like to go to KFC again but I just don't think I want to experience that again. All and all both me and my husband are extremely disappointed.
