Terrible food
I haven't eaten at kfc in a while, while on a business trip I stopped at the kfc in Gonzales, La. This was about the worst fried chicken I ever ate. I also ordered a Coca Cola and they didn't sell coke. I then cancelled the order for a drink and the server told me it comes with the meal. Therefore i was forced to have a pepis.Other than having soggy cooked chicken an d ridiculas pricing for a three piece meal, which I started eating and then discarded, I decided not to eat there anymore. I am a fried chicken lover and never thought there ever was bad fried chicken.

no feed back
Two weeks ago I raised complaint through KFC web side regard of services till this time I got no feedback. Tonight I made an order and it took two hours instead of 45 minutes.
Really I'm very disappointed from KFC for neglecting my request.

Poor service/ Ignorant Manager
Tonight stopped in to KFC for a quick meal @6:25 P.M. CST. Tried ordering honey barbecue wings, said they were out, so ordered the new grillers which the manager John said he could toss in the sauce, we agreed and completed our order. Low and behold, get home, and yet once again the order is not right. The chicken was tossed in hot sauce, I was absolutely unable to eat it. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, John (who answered) said he was the manager, I explained the problem, and he proceeded to argue with me telling me I wasnt the one who even ordered the food. I said I was sitting in the car right next to my husband, he claimed my husband asked for Hot wings, which he didn't. I askede for a name or number for someone that was above him so I could complain, and he told me that there was no one above him. I asked for corporates number and he said they don't give it out. I asked for his last name so I could file a proper complaint with corporate and he said "No way" and hung up on me. I will scream from the roof tops if I have to... KFC in Minooka Illinois practices very poor business ethics, & have no idea how to treat customers that provide those weekly paychecks for them. I will not EVER go back to this place, and I personally can't wait till the day they board it up!!!

DELIVERY SERVICE
I am from peshawar and peshawar is a land of hospitality, on 11 jan 2010 at 11.24pm I called at peshawar office 111532532 and booked the order for Admore pump old haji camp G.T road Peshawar of (2 Mighty Zinger, one Hot Shot and another discount package), your order reciever told me that it will reach in half hour and your bill amount is 985 Rs, After 35 mints i called again and they said that there is no order on your name, Dear sir we are pathans and we valued our guest and at that time guests were with me and i realy ashamed in front of them, and i booked the order for them and when i told your order reciever, he behaved so rudely.

bad mangement n poor customer service
im writting about the incident that took place in KFC store in dublin 15 blanchardtown and a management bearing the name tag SUMITA was in duty..
i bought 1 bucket of chicken and fries around 12 30 am on 9th january 2010. when i got home i realised the fries was cold and uneatable... the following day i went in the same store and there was a different management but however we did mention that the quality of fries was really poor.
out of nowhere came a lady dressed as the employees there. she approached my friend(N) and told him 'what's your problem? everytime you are in the store you have some problem.'
well sorry to mention but if the management of your store is like that it wont surprise me that it's my last time i got in that store.
my friend was surprise that she should even approached him with such rudeness, not only that the lady even called her husband to deal with that case when he isnt even working or has any role to play in that...and said ''if you have complaints you should feel these forms''
she pointed to some forms on the counter but never offer us any
after 5-10 minutes me, my friend (N) were in the car when he approached N and started swearing and punched him...
the garda came and told myfriend isnt allowe to that store anymore... what really is annoying is that the management should have even gone to the personal level of calling her husband to deal with that matter when as a management in duty she should realise what she's talking and how she should be dealing with complaints...
it really dissappoint me that they should be dealing with complaints like that. hope that actions will b taken against her or send her for some customer services trainnings

insect in food
To whomsoever it may concern,
This is to inform you that I, Ameen Syed Mohammad and David D'Souza were at KFC, Quay Street Auckland on the 19th of December 2009 around 3:00 pm. We had
ordered 8 chicken pieces along with 2 fries which was $22.50.
When opening the containing packet, To our surprise there was an insect that was in the food!! To our bad luck it flew away. Thankfully there was
another one that was lying dead in the food. We consulted the manager Sabah Moughal regarding this. She offered us a refund or an exchange for the food which
I personally believe is unacceptable.
Consuming this food would probably incur in our demise. We were fortunate enough to notice this or else you would probably read about us in the
obituary column in the newspaper with no one else to blame but you wonderful brand. I would also like to point out that she treated the situation like it
was an everyday event with no remorse.
I am OR rather USED TO BE a great follower of KFC and me and my mates were regular diners at your outlets. After this event I don't think that we
would ever dine at your outlets and the very thought of eating at KFC now makes me want to purge. I have the receipt of our order as well. We don't know if
you have security cameras at the branch but if you do you will clearly see us coming back with the order and returning it. Unfortunately we did not want to
create a scene at the moment so we took the replacement and left which I wouldn't eat even if it was blessed at my holy place.
To top it when we opened the new packet to look at the food I felt like I was in one of the gulf countries with more oil than the food. I seriously
believe that strict action needs to be taken against this and a reasonable compensation needs to be arranged or else we would take serious action. If any of us had to consume this food and died who would be blamed?

false addvertising
saw the ad about pot pies from kfc, since I have been going to kfc for many years, I thought I would try the pot pies. In the ad, they say the pot pie is full of carrots and peas, I bought two, when I started to eat them I noticed ONE SLICE OF CARROT, SO I COUNTED ALL THE PEAS AND CARROTS, WHAT I FOUND WAS, ONE CARROT SLICE AND FIVE PEAS, This is not what they are advertising. This is false advertising.

while i work for kfc/ i wrote a complain concerning management retalliateing against me for calling the 1800 number for unsatisfied service i recieve as a customer .and i have not seen it posted

bad Customer Service
I ordered a hawian burger at 18:41 pm from a cashier (Mabusi), she took my order and told me i should give them 6 minutes to prepare the meal. when the time had lapsed i went back to collect my order only to find it was not ready. Mabusi asked me to give them a few minutes additional to this to have the order ready. At 19:16 the order was still not ready and that they had'nt even started preparing the meal as the fillets were frozen. I asked to see the Manager, she went for ages before she came back with some who was her Supervisor. Mabusi explained to her what had happen and asked her Supervisor to cancel my order without consulting with me on whether i wanted to cancel it. I told the Supervisor that i was not happy with their service in turn she strted shouting at me telling me its not her faulty that the employees who prepare the meals had not defrosted the fillets. i ended buying streetwize 2 who meant she had reserve the whole prior transaction and enter the new transaction. it turn she almost robbed me of my change. lucky i noticed this before i left the outlet.
