chicken not cooked and bad service and customer support
had problem with food was told that letters would be sent out were not told to go to store next time food would be on house, go there would not give me food gave me hard time with saying they new nothing of situation after contacting onder of franchise would said next time no problem be taking care of tlked to her manager was A ok, Went there discused with manger on dudy said no such info was told to her there was nothing she could do basicly I was lying and was told because i was disagreeing with what she was twlling me she ask me to keave the store or she would call police because i was complaining and that was the way it goes. Called customer service said they again would take care of it her big manager would call me and resove it NOTHING I"am very disapointer I have spent over 90.00 in food that was not right and no one seems to care. At least I should get my food back that I paid for rt don't you think???

Bad Service
Good Day,
It has come to my attention that KFC in Mangaung has no respect whatsoever to the customers, you never receive the service you are paying for, in many ways we have to wait while the are also not friendly. In recentr month after it was opened, we decided not to buy in KFC's that are based in Town, but to our fault we decided to support KFC in Township, but the sevice always bad, either they don't have what you want, or they don't even cook the chicken well...list can go on. Please do not take this as complain but more of concern from a support customer to KFC. Please, make something about the service & quick.

was not kfc recipe
i ordered chicken bucket etc. i have ordered kfc for many years it has a very distinctive flavor i really like it. i am from ontario the chicken here tastes nothing like the kfc that i know it really sucks i have had kfc in every province when i drove to yellowknife from to nova scotia and this is the first time i can say that it tastes nothing like your recipe it is bland tasteless crap

poor service
today sunday 1st november i went to have a kfc with my children the time we arrived was 4, 15 as the drive thru was very busy we went into kfc to order, , there were 4 people in front off us which wasn, t many people came in after us so it was packed, , the staff where very slow they then decieded to have a chat and not one person was serving as they where all talking, , , , eight people behind me left after we where waiting half an hour till be served, , one woman ask the staff if they could serve and she was told they where busy, , well excuse me busy my ass, , well yes they where busy hiding in the coner talking, , i, m so mad at the lenght off time it took to get a meal it was 5 b4 we got something to eat i must say this level off service is simply not good enough, , , i think u as a company need to look into this and step ur ideas up and make sure u have the staff that know how to serve and be pleseant to the customers i feel very strong about this i would like an answer back to know what ur going to do about this, , ,

hi, ive been an avid fan of kfc for over 35 yearsan have enjoyed the food, my local outlet which is farnham road slough offer a very polite an helpful staff, an is clean, but yesterday, 22/10/09 i went into my local kfc an bought my normal family bargain bucket an fries an also a tub of colesaw, durin the meal i noticed a distinct odd flavour in the colesaw for which i put down to the ingrediants of the colesaw, after 20 mins or so i became ill an was vomiting, i am not allergic to any of the ingrediants, im sure it was not the chicken or the fries as my girlfriend an her 2 children were fine after eating thier meal an it was only me who had the colesaw, an that was my only full meal of the day after breakfast which was 2 toast an tea, ... thank you.

Payment not welcome

Debit Cards not accepted
I visited this outlet for the first time in September 2008 when they refused to accept payment by debit card although a pos terminal was available. Tonight, more than a year later I experienced the same problem. The manager alleges they have a problem with the bank. How can it take 14 months and still such a simple problem is not sorted out?

My wife and i just had the worst experience ever sun 04/10/09 1930pm in the KFC Ebbw Vale wales UK after we drove through all the empty food boxes in the car park we went in side well the restaurant look liked there had been a football match played there.we went to the counter and ordered our food the young lady behind the counter ask us if we was eating in our restaurant .The right word should of been a pig style the place was only to describe as dreadful there was empty food boxes spilled drink every where we moved some rubbish and had a seat there was slippery floor warnings sings put on seats where the drinks was spilled it didn't look like any body had cleaned there for a few days .we had our food and needless to say we left most of it as the was no napkins or Knife OR forks available .I thought i better check out toilet there was Flem where some one had spat in the sink and and strong smell of urine there as well needless to say we wont be returning again.

Worst customer service & delivery
This is my worst experience in home delivery ever. I have made an order which was supposed to be delivered in half an hour. The order took 75 minutes and when I was trying to call them to know the reason and to submit a complaint, they kept me on hold for 20 minutes.
It is absolutely my last time to use this service which is probably the worst customer service and home delivery in Dubai.

POOR SERVICES/NO FOOD
i went into your store on oct 1, 2009 hoping to get chicken wings for the 5th or more time in 4 months never can you ever get the order you want, the manager is as rude and unprofesional as a human can be. i orderd 6 chicken wings i was told by the cashier that she had to see did they had enough she returned to tell me they only had 8 and the manager may or may not let me purchased them she said it depend on her mood. needly to say i couldn, t.i ordered a 8 peice original i got legs and thighs only i told the cashier that i don, t eat thighs she the manager said it would cost me more per piece for wings or breast. 13.00 for that order is very sad another custome returned with his order they forget his biscuit the cashier treated this man like a criminal about a order they screwd up.the apperance of your workers needly so say is a turn off. i will and have warned all my family to not go there, they response was we were wating on you to figure that out.

Worst ever, or so I thought!
Windhoek branch on two successive nights : No Wings, No Rolls for Burgers. Milkshake (advertised as new vanilla shake with real pods) was cup filled with ice cream. I asked and was told that that was the way it was made.
Walvisbaai branch. No Wings. Most rude service I had exdperienced at ANY franchise ANYWHERE in the world!
