cleanliness
myself and my family went to the kfc in accrington on saturday 26/9/09, and i was so disgusted of the place, it was awfull, tables not cleared off, food and rubbish on the floor, i had to clean our own table with the wipes, it was awfull to be honest, and to top it off my husband orderd the meals, and we didnt even get them in boxes just thrown on a little paper plate, whitch i find disgusting, other people had theres in boxes, so why didnt we? i dont think we will be eating in this dirty disgusting kfc again...

Insects in soda machine
As we were drinking the soda we realized there were bugs/ants floating in the soda. When I went back to register to report the bugs, the employee said she already knew it before I said anything. She then called the manager and he also already knew and wanted to give me another drink. His answer was it was a new machine, and he will clean it that night. Why wasn't that soda machine put out of order if this was known. If I had the top on the soda I would not have known. I just wonder how many people drank the bugs.

Misleading survey
I visited this location today - the place is grossly messy and dirty.
I have filed complaints with KFC and the Board of Health.
My complaint is regarding an online survey - The only rule is lists is that "no purchase necessary".
I go to the site - the 1st question is "would you refer this location to a friend or family member" I answer NO!
Because I would not - as dirty and messy as it is - well, because I answer NO - it tells me I am not elligable
to enter the drawing! THAT is bad service alone! Never mind the crap-hole location!

Not Fresh
I bought a Kentucky rounder on Friday at Menlyn KFC and it was old. The chicken breast was so tough i had to pull strings of flesh out of my mouth and spit it out, it wasn't even chewable. The skin was oil ridden and soggy and tasted terrible. I was so peeved i cannot express my anger. I think i might just be put off KFC rounders for life. I was highly dissapointed as i was craving for a rounder and got crap.

The Manager Karan is never at work. He also has a smart elic way of dealing with his customers and employees when he is there.. He is very harsh on his employees around customers. He has a filty mouth when he is there and in office or in the kitchen and thinks no one can hear him. We will never eat there again due to this manager and how things are ran at this store. They have horrible food and we are never offered fresh food. My advice to you is to hire a better manager who will take care of this store and actually work everyday thru the rush hours and have better manners. His employees always end up apologizing for this so called manager. He also tells us he take care of the food issue and never has so far. All of his employees including the assistant manager Erica talk very bad of him and we see why now. And where did the other asssistant manager go? She did better job than the managers did! I hear he hated her so he fired her. Rumors really get around quick in lafayette and valley alabama. And trust me they aren't good for the buisness.

I'm a local resident and I think they have to change personal.
Is not the first time in that location.

Skimpy servings
I went to the KFC in Sandton (On Grayston Drive). Amongst other things I ordered 3 "sprinkle pops". All 3 sprinkle pops were about 5 centre meters from the top. The coleslaw which I ordered was also extremely "shallow". This is not the first time and is an absolute rip off. If the franchise is doing this to every customer they are saving a fortune. I certainly will not go back. I would rather pay more than be ripped off. I also tried to find an official website in South Africa and not even Google could find it so I have to assume there isn't one.

Drive through Service
My sister and I went to the drive through in Kettering and ordered a variety bucket for us and my children, however once we had done this we changed our mind to the bargin bucket which we felt would benefit more for who was going to be eating at home. On approaching the window we asked the gentleman if we could please change our order as (we had tried to do it at intercom but hadn't worked) the man at the window replied 'No' I proceeded to ask why not as the chicken had not been cooked especially for us and he said no I can't take it out once it has been entered...Just tell me what you need!!! My sister replied so you won't change our order, again the man replied no just tell me what you need!! she sid forget it well just take it. So they prepared our order and we drove home, only to find that when we arrived home our order was incomplete, so not only ws the staff at this fast food establishment very rude but insufficient aswell...not very good for a large fast food chain with such a "high reputation" shouold that still be the case for Kfc. I look forward to your response.

POOR QUALITY MAYBE SPOILT TOO
We ordered Home Delivery of 8 piece bucket and a zinger sandwich with double fries. ( Can provide the Receipt for time and date as well as person serving us)
All of the Food was of VERY POOR QUALITY, We even feel they have mixed few fresh pieces of Chicken with Old food pieces that were refried and delivered to us.
We were serviced from KFC, Jayanagar, Bangalore, India

service and food
I went in and there was flies nearly everywhere you looked especially behind the checkout wher food was.
i asked to sit in
i ordered they said it will take a minute
so i sat down they came with a bag with all the food in and everybody else sat down got a tray.
i ordered a toasted twister meal the lettuce was brown.
i asked for tomato sauce and bbq they said no bbq
i sat down again a girl came around with a cloth and wiped the table she made the table even dirtier than it was before
so i just walked right out leaving my food
