the service and the food
i whent to kfc a while ago the service was terrible the man dropped my box meal on the floor looked up to see if i had noticed and when i said im not having that he told me that none of it had hit the floor i wasnt in the mood for complaing then. but today i have just been and the service was terrible i oredered a hot rods meal with beans and coke when i took it home which is only a 2 mins drive i got a cold hot rod cold chips and a cold burger i also recieved what look like one of the staffs beans that they just threw in my box which was half full so i didnt even get anything of that i have thrown it in the bin as i dont know what else they may have done to my meal dont think i will be going to any kfc again as its shit (excuse my language) but i think its appauling how they treat customers they ignore you unless you are a skinny girl with your belly out...

Awful place
KFC at 6851 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park is running a scam. Here's how it works. This KFC does not accept credit cards, only debit cards. When you order, unbeknownst to the customer, the order taker "conveniently forgets" part of your order. Customer is given a machine to enter debit card PIN, and the machine has scrawled across the bottom that there's an 80 cent charge to use a debit card (a face that was never told to the customer in advance). Once customer gets his or her order and discovers that an item is missing, customer must pay again using the debit machine, getting scammed out of an additional 80-cent "fee" for use of the debit machine. This is being done systematically to bilk consumers.

Free chicken not worth the wait
Finally got my free KFC grilled chicken meal after the coupon fiasco in May and I was even more underwhelmed with the company.
It was bad enough that KFC used the bait and switch tactic to get people in the door with no intention of giving a meal away that visit in the first place, but I figured I would redeem the mailed coupon and try to give them a chance. I left knowing I will never enter another KFC ever again.
I was the second one in line a little after 1PM on Monday July 21 and the cashier was already giving me a dirty look as she noticed the coupon. When asked if I could finally redeem my coupon she just gave a empty nod yes and said I wanted slaw and mashed. I asked for potato wedges and got another nod and a "yeah". When it came time to pick the chicken the cashier took the time to find the smallest pieces that had been sitting and drying out the longest, bagged it up and I was on my way. The drumstick had about two bites of chicken on it and the breast was so dry I had to throw it away.
It's obvious that even after the public relations nightmare after the first coupon, the company is trying to get off as cheaply as they can. I'm sure the long delay in getting the coupon was a ploy to hope people would forget the offer. I was probably lucky to get mine and wonder how many were "lost" in the mail. The coupon had about a 2 week window to use it and I again will assume that's so people hopefully misplace it of forget to use it in time. The capper is them employee telling me I would get slaw and giving me the dirty look when I wanted another side and then finding the nastiest pieces of chicken available they could not sell anyway. It would not surprise me if the monthly training this month is how to make people trying to redeem this coupon as unwelcome as they could. I did feel unwelcome and will never set foot in another KFC again.

Did not receive all of my food
I went inside and ordered a variety bucket, when I got to my destination I did not receive the popcorn chicken, I have tried calling them numerous times and no answer .

terrible food order three times
kfc has been the place that i would usually go for a take away.. for it seems that over the last few months of me going there the staff always seem to get my order wrong its so frustrating because i informed the assistant that each time i go they get the order wrong he just laughed at me and said nevermind we will get it right this time.. i let that comment go and made my usual order of a boneless box with beans and a pepsi large.. a small popcorn chicken and big daddy meal with gravy and a pepsi large... when i got home i noticed again that they had left the popcorn chicken out which was for my little boy and also they left the beans out but still charged me.. the chips was uncooked and i did not enjoy my meal at all... this happens on a regular basis the staff are rude and they always make mistakes im very upset as it is costing alot of money for a takeaway and it clearly isnt worth it.. please contact me at ... Bad service
Dear Sir/Madam
As your regular customer I was very disappointed in the service which I received from your employee at Oshakati Yetu oulet.(Namibia).
In short at about 19:00 I visited your shop to buy for me a streetwise two. An arrogant young gentleman with the name of Spider or Striker assisted me and I asked him whether he can give me a drumstick and a breast.
The gentleman informed me that he can’t give me what I request and can only serve the pieces which are on your advertising boards.
An argument erupted between the two of us and I request the gentleman to provide me with a written document who said that he must only serve those pieces which is displayed on your boards.
He blatantly refused but in the meantime the young lady who was preparing the boxes put for me the pieces which I request and placed the box on the counter. Still your arrogant employee continues to ask me whether I can’t see what’s displayed on your notice boards.
At that moment I informed him that I am the one who’s paying for my meal and will decide on what I want to eat. Gentleman continues referring me to the board and at that time I made a payment with N$100 note.
At that time he request change from the other cashier and I exactly don’t know what happen but I could only overheard him when he told the other cashier who was also a male person to hurry up so that I can leave the shop.
I than asked him whether it’s his business for him to tell me to leave and at that time I asked the other cashier who’s the managed on duty. He than showed me a lady who was standing next to him and I informed to talk with her staff so that he can change his attitude towards customers.
Your staff spoiled the good service which I was always receiving from your personnel and in future I will thing twice before visiting one of your outlets.

Chicken
Bought 12 piece grilled chicken dinner. My Grandchildren made fun of the chicken because it was so small. The breasts were only half breasts and the legs looked like cornish hen legs. It had no flavor at all. We will never get your chicken again.5f

incorrect/poor service
Husband ordered 1-reg. chicken and 1-grilled chicken MEAL DEAL (2-pieces dark on each meal). Also ordered small side of mac & cheese
and small order of gizzards. Girl did not understand concept of a side order. When husband came home with meal---no side of mac & cheese and meals did not have cole slaw and one meal had no mashed potatoes & gravy. This is not the first time we have had a messed up order but I am tired of paying for what we DON'T GET or DON'T ORDER.
