No food available
This place closes at 10pm yet they give out of chicken at about 9pm everynight. I went there to order an 8pc and they told I could only get 4 grilled and 4 original. I asked if they had 8 grilled and they told me no. So when I offered to wait while they made more they said it was too late to make more. THEY HAD A WHOLE HOUR!!! So I got half n half and when I got home I saw that they had given me 4 of the smallest grilled pcs they could find. On top of that they don't accept substitutions for coupons. EVERY KFC coupon comes with mashed potatoes and cole slaw but not everyone eats that. This KFC doesnot take your coupon if you want different side orders. This is the managers doing because no other KFC in the area does this. Sorry service. That is the last time this particular KFC will ever get my service.

rude service, employee smoking inside store
May I start by saying kentucky fried chicken is a great place to eat, but on the morning of wed. june 3rd there was a white older lady employee smoking inside the store, I belive her name tag said Margrete, when we walked in she was just there standing by the door inside the buisness, and had the nerve to tell me i'll be with you in a min., I started to dine in after I got my food, but decided not to because she was using profanity toward the cook in the back, my 3 year old doesnt' need to hear that..

i brought 15 pcs of chicken original recipe from kfc faheel and the girl she didnt punch the order in system she put the money in side of her brest i want to take to her maneger but i feel shy becous she is a girl..

Here's what I say.
Ok you KFC morons, here's the thing:
1) What the freak did you THINK was going to happen when you gave free meals away on Oprah? She's the most influential talk show personality in our history. Did you NOT think EVERYONE IN AMERICA was going to respond?
2) We are in the worst economic period since the Great Depression. PEOPLE ARE FREAKING HUNGRY YO! We want our free meals! I'd wager that a lot of people that are probably living in tents and under bridges counted on this free meal to feed their kids one stinking HOT meal for a change.
3) Of COURSE it's an overwhelming response. Isn't that what you were going for here? If you weren't PREPARED you SHOULDN'T HAVE RUN THE COUPON. What's the point of marketing a free meal if you weren't prepared to man up and do what you said you were going to do?
I say EVERYONE BOYCOTT KFC! Teach them a lesson in backlash management. They can't just yank the public's chain around and then say, "Oooh, sorry! We fucked up! Here's your free meal in DECEMBER and have a Pepsi too!" Tell them to SHOVE it by NOT EATING THERE ANYMORE!!!

I am sorry but I did not get her name but she was taking our order and messed it up because she was talking on the phone and she did not ask us if we needed any thing to go with our food or if we wanted sauce with our meal and she forgot to put my meal becasuse she was on the phone and the quality of food was poorly prepared the food was over done also the kichin staff was yellen and hiting the walls

2 pc free mael coupon
my sister and i obtained the free meal coupons that was on line from kfc we went 2 use them on may 6, 2009 they told us they was not accepting the ones that ended with the 1234 and we need 2 print the differnt ones out 2 day so again we did as we was told so 2 day we went back for lunch 2 use the coupons and they r no longer participating in the meal deal mind u its only been 24 hours and we have got the runaround from them the the coupon dont expire until may 19 our coupons should have been taken because we was taken through channels .

Awful quality food
As an x Cook employee at KFC in Boston MA, I ordered some Dark meet, which I found none of the thigh was clean, I think that was very disgusting who ever is the manager down there is not doing a good job at all and several times their never have the chicken ready for the clients. Someone should looking to this.

wrong food for order
My husband ordered an 8 pc. extra crispy meal with extra potatoe wedges. No wedges and the chicken was original we even payed extra for special pcs breast and legs and they still didn't get it right. We live 20 min away and i called to let them know we were coming back to get it wright and the manager told me i didn't need to be upset that she would have fixed it the point is that it should have been right the first time they always screw up our order. The KFC company really needs to work on there problems if they don't they will eventually be out of buisness people will only deal with this so many times before they stop going.

order wrong
I've lived here 3 years and every single time I've been to this KFC (drive-thru) they've given me something other than what I ordered. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but now I think it is to save themselves money. I usually order corn on the cob as a side and instead they give me mashed potatoes with gravy. Three times I've tried to order the original recipe chicken strips - every single time they've given me crispy strips instead. I always complain and finally get what I ordered - but why should I have to make a scene? Instead I just eat elsewhere - but that annoys me because I like KFC food - but it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with a fight to get what I ordered. Their food is overpriced comparatively anyway - add poor service on top of that - I'm surprised they are still in business.

we put our order in and i ask if i could get another tray and it was pitch at me so we ask for our money back and as we were leaving i was called a bitch this was and is so not excepted by myself or my husband you all have lost all of our business
