servies we recived
i got a leaflet through the door with special offers on . i thought i would take the kids on 14/04 /09.we decided to eat in .it was 955 am so we were going for breakfast.we stod in a que for 20 mins. to be told we could only have two of the things we wanted becase she had a que i told her they were 5 of us but she did not have time.how can you justfie this 5people sand in a qu for 20mins to be told you can not be served .only tow can be served the others have to go hungry becaus your stff do not have the time do you not want you food to sell or am i wrong its just for show.i think you lot at kfc better start getting you acked together and whileim on about you your staff are discusting the uniform as such is dirty they never wash they hands, they just wip them on there bumsthe restrant it self looks like it never been washed ithink you should change your name from a fast food servies to no food servies.i will not be at kfc no more and i will tell others

Raw Chicken
Went several times and fried original chicken was raw and bleeding next to the bone. Reastroom was cleaner but i had diareah from it., as did my bf. My art is a blushiangel because your ppl should be ashamed of themselves-serving food like that. The manager was nice but the young ppl were mostly flirting-the boys.This is the one closest to sheppard

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
WE VISIT THE KFC IN RANDFONTEIN (SOUTH AFRICA). EVERY TIME WE GET THERE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ICE CREAM. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT TEN TIMES ALREADY AND IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

very rude staff and apperance of staff was disgusting
STAFF WAS IGNORANT, RUDE AND THERE APPERANCE WAS DISGUSTING FROM THERE HAIR TO THERE UNIFORM ME AND MY FRIEND COULDNT BELIEVE ARE EYES WELL WHEN WE RECIEVED ARE ORDER IT WENT STRAIGHT IN THE BIN AND WILL NOT BE WANTING TO VISIT ANY KFC AGAIN IN A LONG WHILE

food was terrible
I purchased kfc on the 31 Jan 09 and it was awful. I then called the customer service and they said they'll get back to me. 2 weeks later they sent me 2 R10 VOUCHERS WHEN I SPENT APPROX R193 which was not right, I have been folowing Up eversince and have seen no results.

BAD SERVICE
Visited the KFC at Montrose next to the N3 Highway this week!! What a shock!!! Rude staff to say the least!! Only filled the meals halfway and when we confronted them they said that that was the new KFC policy!!! Being attentive to the problem we watched them as they worked and was shocked to see how they are ripping people off by giving them to little of everything and somethings not at all!! (was a surprise to them that a meal meant chips and colddrink should be included!!! We've come to the conclusion (eating our fair share of kentucky fried chicken) that in South Africa you cannot get ant worse service than at KFC!!!

Service
Service standards - i waited 15 minutes before getting served and an extra 10 for my meal and the chips where forgotten this is not the first time it has happend, other occasions I have recevied the hot and spicy chicken when I asked for original recepie.
Food Quality - over cooked or undercooked, and i was served a burger with rotten lettuce.
The staff need retraining on customer service and food prep, this is becoming a joke, and i belive the company needs to reconsider what they training they are giving there staff, all companies that i have worked for in the past have made customer service their first prioity, I dont think that they are taking that into consideration, and also food preperation and attention to detail should be of importance also some people have illergic reactions to spicy foods, and the quality that the food is being served in is ridiculious and it is not healthy.

bad every thing
I am sick of going in store or phoning with complaints on feb 14th got take away with several pieces missing complined and got what we thought was satisfactory out come full re placement collected wk later and not even half order there best thing to do would be call it a day we will NEVER go to that locaton again

dirty bathrom
Three time we went to this KFC Taco Bell-in the restroom-paper towels on floor-no soap in dispenser-toilet stopped up-poop on and in waste baskets. Food was great as was the service.

RUDE
1/27/09 @1:30PM I WENT TO THE DRIVE THUR AT KFC ON FAYVILLE STREET. I ORDERED BBQ SANDWHICH, 2 PIECE DARK W/MASH POT. WHEN I GOT BK TO WORK THE BBQ SANDWHICH THE BREAD WAS SO HARD AND THE BBQ CHICKEN TASTED FUNNY. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO TAMICKA SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANGER. I EXPLAINED THE ABOVE TO HER AND I COULD NOT HEAR WHAT SHE WAS SAYING SO I SAID I CAN'T HEAR YOU. SHE SAID HOLD ON. I HEARD HER YELLING THOUGH THE TELEPHONE CAN YOU GET THIS CALL, CAUSE I DON'T HAVE TIME TO LISTEN TO NO COMPLAINTS TODAY. SO TAMARA GOT ON THE PHONE AND I TOLD HER HOW RUDE THE OTHER LADY WAS. SHE SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO THE YOUNG LADY. WELL IF SHE WAS THE MANGER THEN SHE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO KFC ANYMORE.
