Blindsiding
Going to this KFC is worse than playing the WV lottery at least with the lottery
I know 50/50 win or lose so taking part could be fun. KFC of Ripley WV is dependable either the food is bad or the employees are so Badly trained only prices in from of them is all they know. Ads seen on TV and not clearly marked so the order personal can see the advertised price the customer is wrong. A slick move by the operators/owners could be going on whereby the
owners are blindsiding the public and only honoring some of KFC promotions; thereby luring the trusting and faithful like lambs to the slaughter.
Never was this taught as a sound business practice so one has to ere to the time of year and poorly trained personal
Try your luck and go KFC Ripley WV just beware. Apologies don't fill the stomach only
make it sour!

NO CHICKEN
Last night I went to the local KFC and purchased dinner for my family, I asked for 1 cravin filet sandwich, which they told me would be 5 min, so I was fine with that. Upon reaching the window 5 minutes later she collected my money and told me it would be 5 min, OK.. I was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring it out.25 minutes later still not out, so my daughter went in to get the order. Very good..so tonight we decided there were only 2 of us, so we would go back and get 2 cravin filets and a large cole slaw. When I arrived at the window after waiting 4 minutes, she put the stuff in the bag and told me they only had 1 filet, so she modified the bill and didn't charge me for it, no offer for anything else, or ask if I would like 2 snackers or anything, now who doesn't get a sandwich?? I think I will go to Chick filet from now on...

Terrible service
Last night, after a hectic day, all I looked foward to was a relaxing supper. I rushed off to the Commerial Road KFC in PMB(in my pjs and slippers), thinking getting supper from the Drive Through will be quick and effcient.But to my dismay...first I was told there was no chicken, then when I wanted to pay with my card, the cashier said it wont go through and she cant do anything to help.She then said I must go into the shop to swipe my card.I was terribly embarrased because I was already in my pjs, but very hungry too.Thereafter I waited over half an hour for the cashier to serve her other customers then look for my card to process my transction.By appetite was certainly gone by this time!By the time I got home, my meal was cold and my hunger had subsided with the frustration. I will never recommend KFC and after this incident whereas I didnt even get an apology, it will be a long time since I get KFC again!

NEVER GET THE RIGHT ORDER
I have eaten their a number of times going through the drive through and not ONCE have i recived what i asked for.a number of times i have not recived my chips, i have orded a three peice feed and not recived 3 peices of chicken ... i am so over spending so much money on KFC and not getting what i want.

Awful company
I use to work for KFC and I have saw so many different things I am not sure why they are still open! About the food who ever wrote that is so right They both do it Kathy an Dina. They are very dirty too... And a lot of things go on there that no business should have going on... There is only a lil you can put on here because they can pin point who it is. I have a couple stories on KFC... Only if we would get the money for what we worked.

Bad Home Derliver Service
At 22, Sep, 08 12:03AM I ordered 1 light snack, 1 pop corn and 2 extreme meal (Recipe No. 12705-1-8-11, casher no. 17 : Ramillo, Infanta), and the casher said the delivery will take 15 minutes because my house is very near from the branch, until 12:30AM the meals not yet arrived then I called the branch to ask why my order not arrived yet and they said the driver we leave now and I wait and wait and wait !!!
And finally he came at 01:15 AM (after 75 minutes if you can believe) and I bayed him and he lift, after that I started to arrange the table to eat with my wife and my kids then I found that the 2 coleslaw was missing (which is comes with the meals) then I called the branch to let them send it quickly with the driver as my house is near from the branch and they said will check with the driver and they will send me the coleslaw.
Then we started to eat the food without the salad and we finished the meals but until now the driver didn't come yet, after that I started to call the branch but the 2 lines were busy until this moment of writing the complain at 02:05AM (Telephone Lines +966-2-6622756 /6832998).
Really I was wondering how this happen only with your restaurant because I'm dealing with a lot of restaurants and that never happened with me and while I'm trying to call the bill rang and he was the driver and he brought the coleslaw at 02:13AM (if you can imagine that) I told what I will do with it now and I asked him to give me the main branch number but he said he don’t know it and I asked him the name of his supervisor and his name was Mr. Majdi.
Also, I need to add one another remarks (your restaurant only the restaurants here in Saudi Arabia who is charging the customer for the home delivery "around 1$")

I went through their drive-thru, ORDERED FRIES, GOT COLD FRIES. I was on my way to work at the time, or I would have turned around and went back. When people go through drive-thru they should not be given just anything. Thank You.

Staff bad attitude
Dear Sir,
Hope this mail find you well,
I am sending this email to you knowing that you care a lot about customer satisfaction, and since I was unable to find a place to submit my complain so please forward this email for me to the right place.
I already deal with all Americana restaurants and I enjoy the customer service especially on Tikka (the best Service ever, especially Khalifa Ma'moon branch)
I would like to share with you what happened to me on Friday, September 5, 2008 on KFC, Alexandria, Beside Stanly Bridge
• I want to have Iftar there with my family
• We made the order, and waited our turn
• I mentioned to the cashier person – as usual - that I need three meals "white meat" and one meal "red meat" and he told me to tell that personally to the person who will prepare the meal (this was very difficult of course as the place was crowded and every body was yelling especially that the staff were very slow)
• They were working manually as the screen wasn’t working
• They were very slow and confused, not organized at all, mixing between orders.
What happened was as follows:
• Two orders were after me and received their meal before me.
• I received the meal after 45 minutes from submitting the order (supposed to be fast food)
• The order was incorrect, as the person preparing the meal ignored me completely while I was begging him to listen to me to tell him about the red meat and white meat.
• He wasted time preparing another meal to me and when I blamed him saying that "you are too slow because you don’t listen to the customers" he replied saying " that is correct Madame" which was really provoking
• This person was the supervisor named "Islam Abd El-Shakoor", I am not sure of the name because no one was wearing name tag.
• I received the drink very hot and when I asked to change them with cold one, a lady named "Iman" -replied without looking to me- saying "wait" with a very impolite and provoking way.
• Since I was already very nervous from waiting and from the 1st provoking reply, so when I received the 2nd provoking reply I yelled at her asking for cold drink. She replied saying "that's what we have". (she could have calmed me down and offer another type of existing cold drinks)
• The meal includes "amar eldeen" (apricot) and they replaced it with "French fries" without taking our opinion and when I asked how could they replace desert with fries, Mr. "Islam Abd El-Shakoor" said "That's the way it is"
• Since no one were wearing name tags as I mentioned before, I asked "Iman" to provide me with her name because I will submit an official complain, and you will be surprised sir that she challenged me saying "do whatever you can do"
I am sure that you care a lot about customer satisfaction so please take an action regarding this incident especially that even the supervisor were a part of it.
Also You can send someone there to inspect and see their attitude and you will see more that what I narrated.
