I and my wife arrived @ kfc ayr @ about 723pm on sunday 13th of july 2008 the shop was not busy one of the operators was cleaning the bin area, when he finnished that chore he then procceeded to touch the foodstuffs and serve customers. 10 minutes went by before he was able to serve me, i then instru cted him that i wished to speak to his supervisor he told his supervisor i wished to speak to him. i told the supervisor that he had been working with chemicals and served cusyomers without washing his hands, he was then told to wash his hands after which he served myself. having looked around the eating area i noticed it was not up to kfc's usual standard of clenlieness my wife also notified me that there was no toilet tissues or paper in the ladies restroom. service is slow and needs to be reviewed staff are not as pleasent as they could/should be. one of the opperators was bearded with long hair, his hair was not contained in the statutary hairnet this is unhighgenic and should be corrected post haste.

Terrible experience with KFC restaurant! Stay away from it!

on the first occasion when i went into the establishment when i put my order in the staff were joking and throwing the food i ordered from the front servery to the back severy with total disregards to the customers feelings i refused the order due to the fact it had been throwing about the server was very un simpathetic to my veiws. Then when my wife went to the same establishment when she put in a order and the chicken from the tray fell on the floor the staff were ignoring it also a pair of tongs fell on the floor the staff were also ignoring that eventually somebody picked up the tongs and just left them on a shelf which is unhygenic and i was very shocked and it was a disgrace.

Was given wrong order, then hung up on by manager "April". Overall very rude, and did not help after there error was pointed out.

It happened at 1/6/2008, on the afternoon. the odder was made earlier, still there are not doing, and it was said to be waited for 15minutes, i went shopping and come back half an hour later but no action was taken, i waited for another half an hour, due to their laziness, the only do it for the malay first. I sat there but they just get ready for the others only. I went to them and they still call me to wait. What kind of attitude is that. This situation happen at matang KFC outlets.
