Bad service!
I am a long time customer of KFC in Squamish B.C. The service of this restaurant is very bad. The drive thru is almost always closed, crates put on the road before the order guide. Always out of chicken one hour before closing. Manager always there but she doesn't seem to care about customer service. I wonder how clean this place is? Possible need intervention of a provincial food inspector.

Bad service levels
In the interests of protecting Eshowe's Business reputation, I need to bring this to your attention. The local KFC is by far, the worst experience ever! On numerous occasions, they are out of stock on chicken (keeping in mind, this is their core product!). The service is bias, depending on your skin color and the quality of the food is just plain disgusting, a combination of smelly old oil and sub-standard breading used for the chicken. The music played in-store is completely inappropriate and extremely loud, regardless of the time of day or night. Simply speaking, this store is a disgrace to your brand and an embarrassment to our town!

Offered marijuana
This is a horrible company. Every location i have been to is beyond filthy inside. First off, they are dirty, second, even if they were cleaned they would be nasty. I thought that decent restaurants were renovated every so often? The last one i went to had booths that had to be over 15 years old and i had to move to a different one because the upholstery had a hole in it with a spring shooting through. I washed my hands and then felt like they were cleaner before i walked inside.
Oh and to top it off, when i went to the drive through the cashier offered to sell me marijuana. Where do they find these people?

Not enough stock
Dear KFC Team!! I live in the small town of Estcourt KZN SA. On 2007/05/04 i visited the local branch of KFC to order a Streetwise II. The sales person informed me that there were no more french fries available so i had to purchase two pieces loose.
The next shocker was the mash and gravy!! All gravy and no mash!!! As a frequent customer here for many years now, i fail to understand why the quality of service has gone downhill at this particular outlet! I have kept the sales slip as proof of this nightmare!! I will certainly think twice before i visit there again!! Submitted for your urgent attention and action!!
