We went on 2/8/11 and service was horrible!!! I took 5mins alone to order our food because the worker told us to hold on. Got to the window and the lady was rude. Mix our order with someone else. I told her what we had and she still gave me the wrong drink. We were waiting on Chicken to cook so the lady asked if i would move forward, so i did. The customer bihind paid and received her food and tried to leave couldnt because they workers told me to move forward . So the other customer got mad and started honking her horn and cussed out my bf because we were waiting on our food!!! We'll never again.

A few weeks ago my husband stopped at KFC after work to bring dinner home for us. When he arrived home, as I lifted the lid off of a 16-piece chicken bucket, it looked as if it was laying at the store all day. Dark and dry without taste. I called and spoke with the manager and was told they had not changed their grease. She apologized and said she would send something called a wild card to replace the chicken. Needless to say I never received it. I called again and was told she was on vacation. I then called corporate and was told someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and I never heard from them either. I own a business and a mother of 9 children and I can promise we will never go to a KFC to get food again.

My partner has just been told that his empolyment contact will not be renewed after he been there for 5 months and that he will be ending this week, with no reason and there are others that started working there after him and there contact is being renewed, also this was out of the blue as im 6 months pregnant and the empolyer has had a talk with him about having time off around that time im due and that is may. he also asked about developing in the company about a month ago but there was no spaces at this moment of time. this is a unfair dismissal when he done nothing wrong!

KFC - Tableview, every time I swear I will never go back, but my kids always want KFC POPS, so I do.The first time I went, they never gave me half my order, I turned the car around and went back and wanted my kids toys - the lady at the counter that passes the food started an argument with me.The second time I ordered a 8 piece, the chicken was so burnt, I could not even bite into it, let alone the oil river running down my fingers.The 3rd Time I ordered food, they forgot to give me my two large coleslaws, by the time I got home, I was so upset that If I went back, I would have done something to the woman. The 4th time, decided to take the boneless chicken as this would reduce the oil - oh my word, the 6 pieces could fit in my one hand, they were so burnt and dry, we had to throw them away, nevermind the price - NEVER BUY BONELESS CHICKEN - IT IS DISGUSTING! THEN FINALLY - the last straw - I just can not take it anymore. We ordered an 8 piece, got 7 pieces, NO 2 x Large coleslaw (once again), and old toys from months back? The constant beggars at the dispatch window? I'M ANGRY - do they keep something back on purpose for themselves, is this a permanent stint - please respond!

KFC in Gonubie, East London, has had an out of order ice-cream machine for over a month now yet they put up lovely adverts for new milkshakes and smoothies. Surely it doesnt take a month to get an ice-cream machine fixed?
