Cheers, guys… it wasn't a pleasure eating your food
After the last complaint I made against this branch, I was satisfied with how things were handled. I decided last night to get a KFC tower rounder burger, vanilla milkshake and sprinkle pops. Firstly, for the last month, there has been a sign advertising Zinger-flavoured sprinkle pops. And for the last month, this branch has not had them. I had to say 'vanilla milkshake' at least six times at the drive through for the person taking the order to get it right. Somehow, vanilla sounds like strawberry. When I drove to the window, I once again had to say vanilla as the cashier there confirmed I'd ordered a strawberry milkshake. When I arrived home, I found that I had a Zinger tower rounder. The burger wasn't for me... I like my food hot... my brother doesn't. Once again, the KFC on Grayston Drive has proven to be an abomination, with staff who not only can't take a simple order down correctly, but then can't actually put said order together. The service is shocking, and it proves once again that Nandos and Maccie D care more about their customers. Cheers, guys… it wasn't a pleasure eating your food!

Discusting service and products
I went through the drive through at Kentucky at 5.30pm on the 12/10/10 and ordered 2 ultimate burger meals, this is the 3rd time at this same resturant I have had problems with this company. I arrived home to eat dinner with my son we both discovered that our chicken peices were stone cold the chicken in the zinger burgers were as hard as a rock, there were only a half a bag of chips and the potatoe and gravy had only a teaspoon in the containers not to mention we got no serviettes no spoons or wipes. As i was not happy with the food as it costs alot of money I rang the store to put in my complaint, I asked for the manager I spoke to Tyler and he was not very helpfull but in the end said I could come back down as i only live up the road from the store and get new meals. So i arrive at the store asked for tyler, he come to the desk with no manners at all took my meals and through them in the bin he was replacing my meals, i asked for fresh food and some servietters etc also he shook his head and walked away. I waited 15 minutes for my new meals once recieving them i checked the boxes and they had given me the wrong thing so i asked for exactly what i ordered he was not happy. eventually getting the right meals i also asked for my receipt that took a further 20minutes to retreave, once i had that i said thankyou he rolled his eyes at me shook his head and went to walk away but i stopped him telling him what bad service that store has and how bad his manners were he huffed at me and walked away... that store has the worst staff members working there they are constantly rude, you never get what you pay for there, they would have to be the only KFC store in Geelong that has terrible service.

Complained and simply ignored
Logged a complaint on the 26th October 2009 about the disgusting, charred black chicken that I was given at both Northriding and Douglasdale KFC branches.
Customer Care called me and let me know that the complaint will be addressed and the franchise will contact me.
GUESS WHAT ?!? ... I HAVE HEARD NOTHING !!!
Having experienced this problem in the past I can even tell KFC exactly what is wrong ...
1. Quality controls are obviously being ignored.
2. Chicken is being overcooked and cooked in oil that is not being changed. This is a health risk and has been reported before.
3. All staff obviously could not give two hoots about the food they serve customers because just by smelling the chicken or looking at it it is obvious there is something terribly wrong.
I am not the only one complaining and am sick of giving KFC second chances ... Perhaps this issue needs to be escalated to YUM Foods (The US holding company for KFC) for it to be taken seriously ?!?.
If your franchises cannot maintain food quality standards or, as I suspect, are deliberately not following quality rules to make more profit then shut them down!!!

Disgusting restrooms
Went to the KFC branch on Fiday evening, Beyers Naude Drive, instead of a take away we decided to eat at the KFC. I went to the restroom, which was smellng bad as there was urine on the floor in the mens toilets, and lots of it. I just wanted to get out of there. KFC being a fast food resturant, needs to try and do better with the hygiene, as they do work with food that we as customers buy from them.

Food was very bad and old
I'm lodging this complaint on behalf of my mother. They got some kfc for dinner, but were left very disapointed. The food were very bad, And everything seemed old. The lettuce were already turning black.

KFC boneless chicken rip off
I though i try the streetwise two with an extra piece boneless version. What a rip off!! Its simply a chicken breast thats been cut up. I got three small pieces that were bone dry. The three pieces probably made up one chicken breast and it cost 30 bucks?! Next time tell people that the boneless chicken isnt boneless as there are no bones in the breast to start with. I was really dissapointed.

waiting time
I walked into KFC at Wolverhampton (Queen Square) at approx. 12.42pm on 3/10/10.
I waited in the que for 13 minutes before I was served.
My order was, 2 piece chicken and chips, chips and gravy and a snackbox containing chips and 1 piece of chicken, I was still waiting after 20 minutes which took me to 1.15pm (thats 33 minutes wait). I was served at approx. 1.22pm (a further 7 minutes), eventually when I was served, the person who served me asked me to confirm my order which was behind her on the computer screen, how sad is that?, she then placed the items in 2 paper bags and I still had to confirm a 3rd time at the counter what my order was. The person serving me even forgot to put tissues and salt in my bags. I find this very un-proffessional especially for a fast food chain.
The people working in the kitchen (behind the computer screens) were portioning out chips at the time so when my order was complete and I had left KFC and returned to work the chips were cold and the chicken was scorching hot. I received a warning and was debited half a days pay, thanks to the staff at this restaurant.
I think that it would be reasonable to be compensated for my loss.

Their chicken is sometimes undercooked and always greasy
It has happened numerous times now that I purchase food from Kentucky in Brackenfell, Cape Town, South Africa. I love the spicy wings, but it has happened time and time again that I buy it and when I get home and want to eat it, there is still feathers on it. It's extremely frustrating since we always buy the family variety bucket and it's expensive. Something they are also very famous for is bad attitude when you complain and they also tend to not pack the full order. A few times they forgot to add an item that I have paid for.
The whole franchise ***...really. Their chicken is sometimes undercooked and always greasy and the service ***.

Got sick of the food i ate from KFC
My family treated me for my B-day to buy us KFC, and after eating, my stomac starter cramping and i started feeling bad, I spend the hole day in the bathroom, i needed to come to work today and still not feeling well, My stomac hirts and cramps and runny. The chicken we ate smell funny( like it were old) and were very oily, My fiance bought us a variety Bucket with chips and a salad and a kiddy's meal for my Son R 167.00 Something and i think for that kind of money we pay we can at least get good quality and fresh food.

Stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for manager
Last week Sunday 4 Oct at about 19h45 myself and my family stopped at KFC in Alberton to purchase a meal. I wnet inside, placed the order for 12 hotwings, 1 rounder and 1 plain kiddie burger with 1 drink and 1 liquifruit. Once order was placed, I handed over debit card to pay. Cashier swiped card and when it did not go through, told me that the machine was faulty at the branch because of the weather conditions. She called the manager who walke to the drive through and after saying something in another language, the cashier told me that there was nothing she could do, manager failed to approach me himself, cashier failed to inform me of the problem before the transaction and i stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for the manager. DISGUSTING SERVICE from a previously loyal supporter.
