i would lie to complain about the customers that arrive at KFC and abuse the staff for doing their job, the amount of abuse i and other staff members have been given from customers is disgraceful. i would also like to say if a person is not trained to a specific standard then they are going to give bad service.
i would like the people who are going to read this to think and ensure that the next time they are talking in a manner that they would not like themsleves to be spoken to, to THINK and abuse the management instead, it is not the staff members fault if chicken is not avalible at that particular time!
