service
when i placed my order i orderd an L2 and a large side of corn on the cob when i got my order i didn't get the fries with my L2 so i asked a lady behind the counter about the fries. She told me that she thought i ordered the corn instead of fries. I told her i ordered the meal and a large order of corn, she said she would bring the fries out to the table when done frying. I was ok with that but as we sat in the booth eating what food we had i never did get my fries. I guess my complaint is that if i ordered the corn instead of fries they should have explained that to me and i would have been fine, but instead they just ignored me and that has mad me a little upset escpecially since this is not the first time we have had problems with this store. like i said before if they would have just explained the situation i would have been fine.

bad service
This store opened about a year ago. Every time i have been there, my order is always wrong. I have called and complained, but nothing is ever done. They used to send free meal coupons, but now they will not answer the phone. I guess they get so many complaints that the manager will not answer the phone. The manager may not even be there because every time i have been there the employees are standing around or out in the lobby with friends or there friends come in and they let them in the back. I love kfc/ljs but i will go to another store before i return to the stoe in soddy-daisy!!!

bad food

i feel like this was the worst fish i have ever had at ljs. i think it had been cooked and left then thru back in to fry more to heat it up. it was tuff and i couldn't even cut it apart with the fork. it will be along time before i eat there again and i went there at least once a week.

Poor quality of food
I purchased 2 orders of Fish and Chips. Take Out
The fish was so over cooked that it was almost in edible. The batter was so hard that you needed a knife and fork to even attempt to cut it. I must say, as an English man, it was easily the worst example I have ever tasted (or tried to bite through). I have eaten fish and chips around the world on my international business travels. I appreciate I will not get fish and chips like I am used to in the UK, but how anyone could ruin a piece of fish as I had tonight I cannot imagine. Whether the fish had been cooked and recooked again from earlier in the day I do not know but that is what it seemed like it was so hard. Someone from KFC/LJS needs to do a quality control check on this restaurant for their business reputation.
