These guys are utter con artists. First they added a $2, 000 dollar 'reconditioning fee' to the advertised price of the car I went to look at (having originally asked for $2, 900) - this is standard practice on all their cars going by the online reviews, i.e. they lie about prices to bring people in and set up a 'bait & switch'.

They then convinced me to leave a $500 'fully refundable' deposit while they tried to work out an acceptable finance deal. Their finance 'package' involved my paying half the price of tha car in cash, then trying to charge me $4, 800 of fees as well as interest (fees & interest would've been more than the amount financed!). When I refused this and asked for my $500 back they demanded 10% of the cost of the car as a 'cancellation fee' - they even used the phrase 'and we get it', i.e. they clearly do this all the time. As previously indicated, going by reviews on various sites my experience is typical. They also have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB.
