We went to NJ for a baby shower. We went to do shopping and saw a dress at Khass Boutique. We tried it and it was so big and long. I was told that it will be altered and that we had to pay in full. We did it and told them we would pick it up.

When my brother picked it he never checked it . When I wore, I found out that it was not altered accordingly. I called and the owner said it was done and she wouldn't believe me. I was furious and told her I am not happy with the service and outfit and that I want my money back. She just refused. Imagine no apology or no help at all.

We had a very bad experience. I read so many complaints. I am sure, the owner is at fault all times. This is my very own personal experience.

Please, you all out there, be careful of this owner of Khass Boutique.
