Dear Sir/ Madam

I had purchased a Motorolla EX115 handset on 1st Jan, 2011(along with extended warranty of 2 years). There were some defect in it since first day-
1. messaging- one message sent to many people was only forwarded to the first recipient n all the others got a blank message
2.speed dialing- even when activated, it did not work.

I have made 4 visits to the customer care center at Laxmi nagar(around 15-16 kms from my home), and at the end all resulted in - my instrument being still suffering from the defects.

One my first visit the executive checked the bill and said that they need a photocopy of the bill
One the second visit i was told that my bill did not contain the instrument number on it(whereas later on my dealer-croma, showed that it was mentioned on the bill...had the person who inspected the bill on my first visit told it me that the number was not mentioned, i would not have been required to waste my time by going there third time.
on the third visit i was told that the concerned executive is on leave.and was also told that it will take around 20-25 mins for the problem to be resolved.

Today was the fourth visit, i had send my office boy to get it repaired hoping that this time everything works fine, but today one more excuse- that the instrument will have to be send to the repair centre which will take minimum 7 days(which was earlier told to be 20-25 minutes). Apart from this, all the data on my mobile has been deleted- which included most importantly my contacts. Pictures, songs etc were also deleted, but loosing all my contacts- i hope u people can understand how troublesome it wud be for a professional to loose their contacts.

Is there someone who can help me on the matter. I am a student of chartered accountancy course and it is not possible for me to make so many visits to the service centre again and again. Can someone please help me out of this situation? Either mend my instrument or else please give me a new instrument. mine is still under warranty & guaranty. Also please help me and tell how can i get back my lost contacts list which was deleted without my permission.
