Dears,
I made an accident with my car and I sent it to the service center on 19-Sept-2010, the primary check was not done except when I went there on Wednesday, 22-Sept, and asked the responsible engineer about the delay. However I knew it only takes 1 working day.
Currently, I do follow up with the service center, and after several trials, if I was able to reach anyone from the service center, I get no worthy update…
Last fruitful update was a week ago (Monday, 11-Oct-2010), that my car is under quality check, and until now nothing new occurred and it is still under quality check.
So please advise why can’t I reach anyone in Abu-Rawwash Service center, (either no answer, or put on hold till I hang up after 10 minutes waiting)
Please advise what kind of quality check takes 6 working days?
Please advise why was I promised to receive my car in each day in the last week, and all I received so far was a bunch of broken promises?
Please advise why is that delay in each and every step???
