On 9/1/09 I received a phone call from Wesley Wolfe sales manager @ Kia Irving asking me if I am still interested in buying a car after along conversation with him and provided him all the necessary information Wesley informed me that if I would come in that he could get me into a Kia Rio for 355.00 per month.

I informed him that I do not want to waste my time coming into the store and being let down. He insured me that I could get into a car. Anyway after driving the car and making a final decision regarding purchasing the car I was sent over to Mauro Valle a Senior Sales Consulting we made a deal and my husband and I sign the papers to purchase the car. Mauro told us that everything looks good and that since the bank is closed that all they needed to do is approve it and we would be able to take the car home the following day. Well we get up there and was told that the bank wanted us to put about 4, ooo dollars down. Mauro and Wesley did not apologize and did not seem sincere about the situation and that my husband took time off work thinking that this deal was finalized.
