In for repiars for 3months vehicle still at dealer
My car is with Kia in Witbank for 3 months, after 1 month of my car being with them they did nothing because they had nobody employed to handle their warrantee claims, after 2 months they only started with tests and found that all my injector and injectorpump is damaged Kia decided that my parts should be repaired and not replaced with new parts, now after 3 months and repairs my car is worse, now they need to re-submit a warrantee claim to fit new parts. they gave me a courtesy car but if you drive a Kia Sorento and now a Kia Soul that is a huge difference. Since day one I had my Kia Sorento I was not happy with the dealer were I bought my cat and now the dealer repairing it. The service I received from Kia is the worse I ever had from any dealer, I have only had my car for 1 year and about to sell it because of pathetic service.

Bad Service, Bad attitude
Dear KIA CEO

I would like to bring the following to your attention
I bought a Kia Cerato Hatch 2 litre Auto from Kia Paarden Eiland.
The sales were great, but now I have a few problems that needs to be sorted out and the dealership has no interest whatsoever in providing me with decent service.
They dont respond, they dont come back to me, they just dont care.
I have to do everything and nag and moan to get something done.
I have never experienced such a bad attitude towards a customer in my life. They are basically saying "sorry sir, it is your problem now"
Are these the type of people you want to sell your product?
Doesnt matter how good the car is, with that type of service I would rather walk.
VERY VERY dissapointed.
I would never recommend KIA Paarden Eiland to any other person.

Warranty
I have a 2008 KIA Sorento and have had the same part go out twice. I bought the car new and can't believe that the same part goes out every 30, 000 + miles. The ESC Off light displays and I lose engine power/acceleration. Looks to be a common problem and I think KIA should pay for the part. I called your customer service only to be told that I am out of warranty (69, 000) even though the part doesn't even have 32, 000 miles on it. I wanted to speak to the district manager only to be told that he doesn't speak to the public. Last I knew I was your customer, now that something is wrong I am the general public. If this is what KIA is all about, I made a terrible decision of purchasing a KIA in the first place.

RUST ON NEW CAR
I purchased a Brand New Kia Sportage With Rust. I noticed within 2 hours of taking Vehicle . Dealer has refused to give me new Vehicle. After 3 weeks They said they would take Car back And I would have to pay the difference in depreciation. There have been more issues but this is the major one. Kia Canada said I have to deal with this Dealer they are not responsible after car is sold to them. They dont stand behind there cars . Can you blame them, Rust on a new car. What does that say about the quality of there Cars.

bad experience poor customer service
I purchased a beand new 2011 Kis Sportage on 1/14/2011. Loman Ford paid off my existing car, Ford Mustang. 30 days after the transaction I received my monthly statement from Ford for the Mustang. Upon contacting them I was notified that Loman never paid the car off. When I contacted Loman Ford they apologized and sent out a check immediately. Several days later I was contacted by Ford, the check had bounced. I made numerous calls to Loman Ford with no return calls until I threatened to show up there and inform customers of what has happened. A check was finally overnighted to Ford. GThe following week I dropped off the title to the Mustang that I received in the mail. The following day (today) I have a malfunction light lit in my car and have been waiting for someone to call me back since all employees are in a meeting..

warranty
Purchased a KIA brand factory approved front protector(bra). After 6 months the material is coming apart. I was lead to believe the item had a 1 year warranty. Niether the dealer or KIA will honor their warranty.

withdrawal of rebate
we went in looking for a new car. we decided on a 2010 kia rio sedan. the sales man told us that the 2009 kia serento had a 5, 000 rebate (it was new, only 48 miles). because of the amount of our trade 2006 chrysler sebring convertible (6, 500) and the 5, 000 rebate it made sense to buy the serento. total price would have been 26, 000 financed. However, final loan papers, took the rebate away and we were stuck with a 31, 000 financed amount. the trade was already gone so we could not back out of the deal as they would only give us the 6, 500 for the trade. (we owed 10, 000). Really felt this was a bait and switch. Sales Manager stated that they withdrew the rebate because of the condition of our trade. This whole deal stunk and we are stuck with a new car (not the one we wanted) with much less gas mileage and a much bigger vehicle than desired. Not at all happy with the conclusion. felt super pressure to go ahead with the deal rather than walk away with no car and still owe 4, 000. Will never ever ever buy from this dealer or any other dealer of Kia. (this was also the 2nd car purchased)

Scammed
I went to purchase a vehicle on 09/03/07 from this car dealer ship, I spoke with a young man I told him what I wanted my payments to be and how much I had for a down payment. I had looked at a specific vehicle but they told me I had "light" credit so they had another vehicle and I could get this vehicle for 8/9 months and switch vehicles. So I agreed to get this vehicle I took the vehicle home, before I took the car home I was told I needed to pay my payments at any chase .I was also was told to lie on the interview the bank gives. And when the bank called the dealer. The dealer called me and said that I had to put more money down after I already had the car. I told the dealer could I get my deposit back cause I did not have any more money.

And the dealer told me I could not get my money back. Then I received a call from the dealer after that to say chase would not be financing me. Now I have a vehicle no bank to pay but the dealership says the car is mine and the title is still in their name and I have no plates for the cr and the owner of the dealership said continue to drive with those plates and if you get stopped we will pay for the tickets and we will try to get you financed from someone else.

So I am stuck with a car that I am not financed for and can't drive!
