warrentee

kia is not willing to fulfil our warrentee because the car has 99434 miles on it. First they required us to come up with the past years oil change reciepts. Now that we are going to show proof we have them now we have to come up with proof that we got the timing belt changed 4 and a half years ago. They are ripp off artist and they were very rude to me when i tried to see what could be done. I was a first time buyer thinking that a car with 100, 000 mile warentee was a good buy. They proved me wrong on so many levels.

repair my kia rio

THIS IS REALLY NOT A COMPLAINT. I WAS NOT ABLE FIND A TAB TO CONTACT UNIVERSITY KIA, HUNTSVILLE, AL. I DON'T REMEMBER THE DATE I OBTAIN MY USED KIA RIO. I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH WHERE IT WOULD NOT START. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM. NOW I WAS UPSET THAT I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO KIA ABOUT 5 TIMES. BUT EACH TIME THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN TALKING WITH ME. I DID SAY SOME HEATED WORDS ABOUT THE PROLBEMS.. THE RIO WAS USED 2007. NOW THE CAR WOULD NOT START ON 13 OCT. I HAVE SERVICE TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO THE DEALER WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN. I CALL KIA FOR THE TOW FREE PHONE # AND MY SISTER CALLED THEM. I TALKED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER YESTERDAY SHE WAS VERY NICE I TOLD HER MY SON WOULD PICK IT UP. SO THIS MORNING HE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR. I CALLED HIM ON HIS CELL # HE TOLD ME HE STILL WAS AT KIA AND THAT IT WAS BEING WASHED. THAT WAS NICE. I THANK SHANE AND THE SERVICE MANAGER. I'M SORRY I WAS RUDE SOMETIMES WHEN I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR BACK. THE KIA IS A GOOD CAR. THE RIDE IS SMOOTH AND IT DOES HAVE POWER .
