I purchased a pair of Air Jordan V for a Christmas present this year on December 17, 2008. I still have not as of today (December 29, 2008) heard anything back from this company. I have called this company everyday since the order and the calls are picked up by a voicemail every time. No responses to any of the multiple emails I have sent have been responded to either. If this is a legitimate company as they claim on the Ripoff Report website when responding to other posts, then they have terrible customer service. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website. It is a complete scam.

If they are so busy with Holiday orders, they sure make time to complete the credit card transactions and steal from their consumers. The money was taken out of my account days after the order and still no tracking number or confirmation that my package has been sent has been received. Do not purchase anything from this company, they are not a trustworthy - take your business elsewhere.

I too ordered shoes on December 11th for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, I never received the shoes nor can I get in touch with anyone. When I call the number I get the v-mail and it tells you to e-mail for a quicker response but I have not gotten that either. I have called numerous times and I have e-mail numerous times.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with this company. My daughter was really looking forward to getting these shoes. They sent me a shipped confirmation on the 16th with out a tracking number as well. I have no way of tracking this company. I will also try my bank and see if I can get as much information as I possibly can. If anyone can advise me on what to do please help! Times are too hard to just let this go.
