I call about a toy but in Canada and they told me to call Canada wen i did call they tel me no we dont have any so i cal us vtech they say yes we have the part but we cant ship to Canada so this piece but in Canada it is worthless and the tel me go by a new one i think consumers to bee aware of this company and dont by anything from them or thy will bee stock for parts.
