Ordered and recieved 2 kids quads partially assembled. One had no directions to finish putting together. The second had a hole in the gas tank which was only found after a gallon of gas leaked out on my back porch. Customer service was very slow and verbally rude and impatient. The only way they will send me a new gas tank, which I have to install, is if I request it online. They do not honor phone requests. Terrible company.
