We paid in advance for a kids bunk bed. We have been lied to. They still haven't delivered the bed. When they didn't deliver it in the time frame they said they would 4-6 weeks they wouldn't give us a time as to when the bed would be delivered. BETWEEN MY WIFE AND I WE CALLED ELEVEN TIMES AND GOT NO CALL BACK. Finally I took time off of work to go down there. I was given nothing but attitude and scolding told that we just had to wait. After refusing to leave until we got an answer they finally picked up the phone and called the manufacturer. We have never been treated so poorly.

What adds insult to injury is that it wasn't even for us .. it was a gift for a 9 year old girl. I mean please if you are going to start a business that lies cheats and steals... don't start with stealing and lieing to kids.
