Customer Service
Ordered red wagon item for child (Christmas) on 12/5/2009, began to check on it on 12/13/2009 as shipping status continued to say "will ship within 24hours". Attempted to call Kids Ink twice, no one answered phone.
Filed a paypal claim to recoup the payment (see below) and Kids Ink shipped the item the afternoon of 12/17/2009.
I wound up buying (2) red wagon items as Kids Ink shipped after I had cancelled the order by email and ordered from another vendor. And KidsInkStore did not notify me (they replied to paypal) on the 12/19/2009 of their action.

Would not order anything from Kids Ink Store again. Customer Service is zero on scale zero to ten.

* 12/17/2009 12:10 MST - Buyer: I have contacted the vendor several times by email since 12/13/2009. Received a reply that the item would ship on 12/15/2009. Item status still shows "will ship within 24 hours" and vendor will not confirm shipment or provide tracking information for shipper.
* 12/17/2009 12:02 MST - Buyer: Order placed 12/5/2009, no confirmation of shipment or tracking number for shipment as of 12:00pm MST 12/17/2009. Item is for delivery before 12/25/2009. Cancel order and refund $54.00 charged. Glenn Ferren

Never received purchase
I purchased a tricycle for my son's 2nd birthday and I never received it. My credit card was charged for the purchase. The only contact information available was their e-mail. I e-mailed them regarding my purchase and never received a response.

Never received product
I purchased an item back in March of 2009. I was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. My credit card was charged. No merchandise has been delivered. It has been three months now. I have emailed them and get no reply. Website only has Fax Number so I sent a copy of my order to the fax number asking them what has happened to my order. No reply. I called Yahoo Small Business and filed an Abuse report against the company. I will be working with my credit card company to reverse the charges. Avoid this company!!

NEVER RECEIVED PURCHASE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. My account was charged but I have not received the product. I have emailed this company several times with no response. I have attempted calling multiple times and the phone just rings with no answer or voicemail. Occasionally someone picks up the phone and hangs up. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Avoid them
This is not a real store. Do NOT buy from this store. It seems like someone stole the identity of this real store (which has probably gone bankrupt), used their good reputation, and just replicated their website. Even when you call their 1-800 number no one ever answers at all. It just rings and rings and rings.

I have ordered from this website, no one ever answered my questions after the payment was made (even though it mentions they answer "within 2 hours") but I paid through Paypal. The day before the Paypal litigation on the payment was due, they sent an email saying the product was no longer available, and that the order was canceled. Not true. I ordered what I wanted from another company and received it very quickly.

If I hadn't paid with Paypal, I doubt I'd ever have seen the color of that money ever again.

I wish I knew a way to get rid of this website so that no one else goes on it and get scammed.

Never received product
