I received a confirmation stating that it would ship within 24 hours but two weeks later, I still haven't received my package. I panicked when I found all the complaints about this business. I honestly believed all the remarks about it being fraudulent so I decided to file a dispute claim through PayPal.
An hour later, I received a tracking number through Paypal and also an e-mail from them.
I called them several times and e-mailed them twice with no response. But after filing the claim, they were fast to respond. By this time, I already ordered the same product through a manufacturer.

I won't be canceling my dispute claim although they provided me the tracking number because Paypal would not reopen the claim once I close it. I want to make sure I receive it first and it's the right product I ordered.

Anyway, if this business proved to be legitimate. I would NEVER order from them again! Horrible customer service---well, NO customer service at all. The contact numbers doesn't work except for their e-mail---just found this out after I received a reply from my complaint.

By the way, they sent me the receipt Feb. 20th and would ship my item within 24 hours. But my confirmation tracking number says they shipped it on March 1. What a bunch of liars.

Buyer Beware! I'm still waiting for my item although I ordered another one through the manufacturer. I want to see if they sent me the right one. I don't mind having two of the same items since I could use the other as a spare.
