I don't like buying their products that much, why? 1. They leak sometimes, expensive, tapes pop off too easily and my girlfriend had trouble with them. Also about the forums on the website, they just got the new software installed and it messed up my profile and lost great supportive friends, now I miss talking to them. Now I don't feel welcome there anymore, thanks to the computer lab geeks always experimenting on us users like guinea pigs. When you call the 1-800 number, the customer representatives are snotty and rude, and don't care about your problem and sound like they are on the radio talk show, cutting you off. They don't want to send you samples not even a 2 pack of pullups, or briefs just to try them out or even give you bigger amount coupons. These companies are owned by the drug cartels and making life a living hell. All they care if about themselves and their leaky products for incontinence issues. They are faking your support, they are laughing at you and your problem when they get off the phone.
