For my journey dated 19.5.2008 from Mumbai to Indore, I was searching the flight and during that I found that there were few flights amongst them one was K.F. flight no. (IT) 4749 and another was Air Deccan flight no. 749 besides the other flights. The fare for K.F flight was substantial higher than the Air Deccan. But I have chosen K.F. flight being superior to Air Deccan, besides that I was travelling from Goa to Jabalpur (Goa to Mumbai (IT 513), Mumbai to Indore (IT 4749) and Indore to Jabalpur (IT 2342)) and I booked all three segments by K.F airlines so my luggage will reach straight from Goa to Jabalpur. It is surprisingly when I reached to Mumbai by K.F. flight no. IT 0513, I was informed by King fisher office at Mumbai that the flight No. IT (4749) is actual Air Deccan flight No.749 and I have to go another terminal which was far away from the terminal where I land, I was also told that I have to go again for fresh check-in along with luggage.
Really it’s a cheating, if one has to go by the Air Deccan why he will book K.F Airline that too by paying huge difference. Infect you do not have any flight from Mumbai to Indore (IT 4749) and you are taking extra money for the flight which is not in existence, simply by putting a false flight no. IT 4749. By this way taking booking from me you have not only taken extra amount from me but also cheated to me and therefore you not only refund the amount taken for the journey from Mumbai to Indore as well pay necessary compensation .
