I was sent the wrong game (2) two times. Business got arrogant, racist and very disrespectful because the wrong game was returned to him, shipping paid by me the first time.
The (2) second game he sent was for children incomplete and came only with instruction in Spanish. When I called and tried to explain the error I was continuously called lies and stupid as well as other things. I was warned that he had put all the money he had intended in this transaction and if I sent it back I would not receive anything. When I told him I would complain to the Better Business Bureau or someone He laughed and said Ha Ha who would believe you anyway. Oh poor baby he saids go ahead I don't care stop calling. After several attempts to complain and talk to someone else I was hung up on and my calls were diverted to the representatives private number and he answered all lines that were offered on the recording. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in all my life. I have a witness the person whom the game was ordered for was sitting right there and heard everything on speaker phone. He plays pro checkers in tournaments I explained to the representative that the game was of no use to him. He just said to bad and continued to hang up and then stopped answering the phone.
