We purchased a king mattress set on Feburary 21, 2011. I was delivered Thursday March 3, 2011. On Friday March 4, 2011 I phoned the salesman Lyle and told him this could not be the same bed I tried in the store it is way too hard. He told me it had to be broke in.
A week later I went into the store and told him I did not want it as it was too hard. He told me again it has to be broken in.
He told me all he could do is sell me another and charge me $200.00 to send it back to the factory. He won't even take it back and charge me the $200.00 return fee I have to buy another one from them.
When does the satisfaction guarantee apply?
My next letter is to Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I hope everyone that is not satisfied will do the same.
