I placed an order on Saturday May 29, 2010 for an Airsoft Double Barrel Shotgun @ $14.77
Plus shipping of $8.99 AND tax of $0.89 For a total of $24.65.
This payment was deducted from my credit card on Monday May 31, 2010 in the amount of $24.65

I had tried calling, sending emails, and leaving feedback on the home page, and still I had not received the Airsoft shotgun, or been able to get in touch with anyone at this company, nor have I been contacted even as to date~~~!!!
On Monday, June 14, 2010 I finally canceled the order through the King of Swords website. I did receive a confirmation for cancellation, and a message that my refund would be issued ASAP~~!
Today is Sunday, June 20, 2010 and I still have not been issued the credit for the cancellation...nor any messages or emails or phone calls.
No one answers the phones at King of Swords, nor do they have the courtesy to return a phone call or email.
I will be taking this issue up with Inspector Ronald Scott of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, The Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, along with the Local FBI...IF THERE IS NO REFUND ISSUED to my credit card by the end of the business day on MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2010. The money was taken off of the credit card in one day, ...I know it can be refunded in one day as well.
There is also a complaint filed with the Internet Crime Complaint Center regarding this matter.
Please take the opportunity to resolve this immediately, NO LATER THAN close of business, Monday June 21, 2010.
