ticket was booked earlier two months on 25dec 11 and on bording time they hesitate to give us a bording pass because the flight was extra booked so at least ten persons were misbehaved and ignored to give bording pass .this is all due to mismanagement of the company, this is second time to me in this airline company last time in 2009 feb they did the same to my family that time about 20 persons were extra booked but that time we forced to them and they managed to book the tickets in another flight of other company, so i want to complaint to the civil avaition minister, civil avaition department, airport authority and all the concerning departments that they should place a manager at the airport loung who will see this kind of all complaints in favour of customer, because after all customers are facing problems and companies are making money .what is goverment doing with closed eyes ?
at last they told us we will refund you all the money, but the question is we waited for two months we paid earlier two months to get the cheap ticket, before 15 days they cancelled one flight and ours was cancelled and they sended us a message that you are in another flight.and at last we were thrown away at least ten persons
