Dear Kingfisher team,
I am forced to write this complaint on a public forum because your website feedback form doesn't work.
I faced a very rude and arrogant officer of yours who refused to address my query at Mumbai airport on 9th July (20:15 hrs). I was informed that the boarding for my flight will happen at A9 when i checked-in at around 18:00 hrs. I have since been waiting there for nearly 2 hrs. Later i realised that an Air India flight is being boarded from that gate. So i, as any flyer would be, started running around to find the details of my flight.
I came across Mr. Aveneesh above gate number A8. I asked him about my flight details and he reconfirmed it is boarding from A9. When i told him that an Air India flight is parked there, he rechecked and told me that it is boarding from A10. I complained that nobody informed me of the same inspite of me being just 20 minutes away from flying out.
You should have heard the reply - "Sir, that is not my problem. Here the gate changes every few seconds. I cannot run around informing people, you should watch the TV". When i said that there was no TV announcing the same at gate number A9 he started raising his voice and arguing that he knows the place better."
Sir, I as requested by your information has checked in at least 2 hrs before the boarding and has been waiting at the gate for almost an hour. Do i sound like an illiterate idiot? When i say that there is no speaker to announce nor any announcements were made in that area about the gate change, should you address my issue or shout at me. I fly every month on a Kingfisher flight and now i promise i will never. I am posting this complaint across various platforms and consumer court. If you don't know to attend or least, speak to your customer - stop doing business. And i mean it.
