STAY away from this site! Knock-off's & rip-off's run this. FBI has been notified of their fraudulent "business"- they use dummy accounts to give themselves good reviews all over the internet

Kinggool sells "designer" items on their website. I bought 3 items from them & the same day decided to cancel my order. I e-mailed them (they have no phone number) & after a few days replied wanting an explanation why I decided to cancelled. After going back & forth with them they finally said they would cancel my order. After about 2 weeks I received a package with three very bad knock-off shirts. I immediately contacted them & sent the package back with a tracking number & signature verification. I received an e-mail saying they would refund my money within 3-4 days, that was over a month ago. I have sent numerous e-mails letting them know I have not seen a credit to my bank account. The only explanation I have had is that it was because of their "accounting department" (which seems to be non-existent- all e-mail address's & website's are invalid). BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. It should be unlawful for Kinggool.com to sell merchandise to resident's of the US.
