They are reliable enough to come out in most emergencies, which is good. And the work they do in an emergency when their supervisor is there is fine. But I can't rate them well because the supervisor on site misrepresented what was included in the work and led one to believe that stump grinding was separate, when for others it was included in the quoted charge.

Then when the crew came back for the cleanup, their supervisor wasn't t with them and they did sloppy work, breaking some items in the yard when I wasn't home. Later, when I complained, the same supervisor gave me, the customer, a hard time saying it was an emergency. However, it was during the clean up when the damage occurred and that wasn't an emergency!! It happened days later!!! No excuse for that. I'm very disappointed in them and wasn't compensated for damaged garden furniture.
