I bought PDA E70-3 from Kintech for 236USD.
It has TV, GPS, Windows CE operating System but none of the things are working.
I contacted the company for support but they could not solve my problem.
They have told me to send back the PDA for replacement.
I is intimated that I have already paid more than 60 USD as transportation charges. If I send it back for replacement I will have to pay more than 120 USD which I cannot afford in any case.
I can only be benifitted if they return the product and refund me.
I hope you can help me to solve my problem by instructing the company to either provide me full customer support or return my product.
