Within the 3 business day (5/13/09)I mailed the cancellation notice. On 5/20/09 4:40 pm salesman called and wanted to pick up the KIRBY, he came over but did not have my Dirt Devil to return to me. I told him to bring my Dirt Devil back tomorrow and I would complete the exchange. He tried to tell me he would return my vacuum tomorrow I told him no again just bring mine back. On 5/21/09 @ 9:12pm he called and told me he had mine and he would be by in 20 min. At 9:50 pm he came with a Hover vacuum, not my Dirt Devil. Again, I told him to bring MY DIRT DEVIL BACK and we can complete the return. All he could say someone put the Hover in this truck and he had to take the Kirby. I had to be firm with him and tell him again BRING MY DIRT DEVIL BACK AND MY DEPOSIT OF $59.40 AND THE RETURN WILL BE COMPLETE.
