I just sold it to some poor guy for $90 cash. Hope it works out for him.
The thing that frustrates me the most was the suggestion by the service agent that I should have "invested in the extended warranty". Excuse me?? Invest in a service plan? I thought investmets were supposed to earn money for you, not flush it. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I didn't get ripped off buy purchasing an extended warranty (see other complaints on this site). I won't be buying another Kitchen Aid. Ever.
