Received defective merchandise. Complained via e-mail which was acknowledged by Susan Heller on May 22ndwho stated that matter was being investigated and that I would receive response within 72 "business hours". Then silence. Sent a reminder which remains unacknowledged. After my experience I researched and found numerous complains about iKitchen.com I should have done my home work before placing the order.
Apparently, this company survives by cheating people.
