I sent an e-mail on Sunday night, but have'nt had a reply, so hopefully I will get one this time.I bought a new card on the 16/9 /08 and had my balance transferred from my previous card to my new card.Previous card 3128036172916 to 3128040213858.I made a call to London week before last and left a message on the phone as the person was'nt there, and I still had +- $13 and when I had the transfer done I queried what had happened to the $13 and I was told by the very rude lady that the money was transferred onto my new card, how is that possible and I asked her how can that be and she kept on saying what, what and I could hardly hear her and I told her to talk into the mouth piece and again I got what.She also transferred the money onto the old card.As I phoned in the 2nd time to confirm and that person was also very rude.Please train your staff to speak to a person in a decent manner.Your cooperation will be gladly appreciated and answers.Thanking you Jean
