The buck stops way over there
Klaussner is a horrible company for quality and service. My wife and I bought a couch from them. It happened to be an advertised item, something that the manager reminded me of multiple times after it fell apart. I did not buy it because it was inexpensive or advertised, but because it was the right color and size for my needs.

To make a long story short, the couch fell apart. It started fraying and wearing within 2 weeks. Every time I called to get this resolved I did not recieve a call back. I had to drive up to the store each time. Every time I got a manager he would tell me how it someone elses fault, or he would remind me that it was an advertised item. They acted as if I should excpect my couch to fall apart within a month because I only paid $800.

They replaced the cushion covers twice, due to my wife and my pestering. The fabric continued to fall apart, with very little use, with every change. They flatly refused to replace the couch. The INSURANCE that I bought refused to do ANYTHING. the Manager even LIED and said that there was no one over him, he was the final decision maker. Fortunately, I am not a moron, so I found his boss. The regional Manager was just as much of a blame shifting, buck passing, unhelpfull, arrogant *** as the store manager.

I finally sold the couch to some college kid for $80 less than a year after I bought it. Klaussner is not intrested in serving you. Klaussner does not make quality furniture. Do not shop at this store.

Leather suite
I have e-mailed klaussner twice and not had the courtesy of of reply re a lifetime warranty I paid extra for when I purchased my leather suite. The foam cushions need to be looked at and possibly replaced.
My husband assures me that whoever took over Klaussner, also would honour the extended warranties that people paid for. I am uncertain of this and seek urgent advice. Can you please help? I do not know where to seek advice.

Awful customer service
Klaussner claims to have "Good Quality and Fine Workmanship Furniture" but don`t be fooled. You can get better from discount furniture stores that will last just as long, perhaps longer. I recently spoke to Klaussner about the quality and workmanship on the furniture I purchased from Martins furniture 350 RT22 Greenbrook, NJ. I repeatedly had to call them from the day it was delivered for repairs, (staples poking out, buttons popping, material stretched too tight, causing slight tearing where seams were stitched together the recliner on the sofa is loose. They have since closed their store. The furniture looks terrible and its only about 3 years old I've also contacted an employee from your company. Tina-1800-828-9534 for replacement buttons, that I received. My question to them was "Is this what you define as good quality and fine craftsmanship? I paid a lot of money for it and expected it to last a lot longer than a few years Their response, from the desk of Brenda Davis ( [email protected] ):need the bill of, sale. Sent it and Pics Thier response:we have reviewed the pictures and we can supply you with the buttons but you will have to pay for the labor. the warranty is 2 yrs pass. I then responded with:e know its past the warranty date, however we thought we bought better quality furniture, for the price we paid. We could have gotten a full set, tables, lamps etc from Bob's discount or any other discount furniture store for half the price and it would have lasted longer than yours. The buttons are pulling threw from the the underside as well as the taring from the buttons on top. It appears to be very poorly designed and we consider this a manufacturer defect. Their final response was:I am sorry but the warranty is only a yr on this. They do not stand behind their claims don't buy anything the make!!!
