Klaussner is a horrible company for quality and service. My wife and I bought a couch from them. It happened to be an advertised item, something that the manager reminded me of multiple times after it fell apart. I did not buy it because it was inexpensive or advertised, but because it was the right color and size for my needs.
To make a long story short, the couch fell apart. It started fraying and wearing within 2 weeks. Every time I called to get this resolved I did not recieve a call back. I had to drive up to the store each time. Every time I got a manager he would tell me how it someone elses fault, or he would remind me that it was an advertised item. They acted as if I should excpect my couch to fall apart within a month because I only paid $800.
They replaced the cushion covers twice, due to my wife and my pestering. The fabric continued to fall apart, with very little use, with every change. They flatly refused to replace the couch. The INSURANCE that I bought refused to do ANYTHING. the Manager even LIED and said that there was no one over him, he was the final decision maker. Fortunately, I am not a moron, so I found his boss. The regional Manager was just as much of a blame shifting, buck passing, unhelpfull, arrogant *** as the store manager.
I finally sold the couch to some college kid for $80 less than a year after I bought it. Klaussner is not intrested in serving you. Klaussner does not make quality furniture. Do not shop at this store.
