My daughter flew on KLM from Newark to Tanzania (with a change of aircraft in Amsterdam) departing on Tuesday June 26, arriving on June 27 -- and her luggage never arrived. That happens all the time unfortunately. What shouldn't happen is to call the airline, be put on hold for an hour, then have the call cut off when a polite-sounding voice says that all of their agents are busy, "please call another time, good bye."
Outrageous and arrogant. I'm not sure how to complain to KLM directly. If you get through to KLM, please have them contact me. Thank you.
