My Bajaj Discover bike was given for general service to M/s. K.L.N. Bajaj Bike Service centre (Anna Nagar near K4 Police station) on 15th of June 2011. My bike's registeration number is TN 05 Y 5313 and the job card number (service token number) is 456724. They promised to give back my bike after servicing, on 20th June 2011. But till now it hasn't happened. When I went on 20th June 2011, they asked me to come next day. When I went next day (21st June), they asked me to come on 25th June. In between these days, when contacted over phone there was correct response. But when I went on 25th June before leaving to Delhi, again they promised to give on next day. My brother had been following all these days. Even after 15 days of taking my bike, by assuring me of returning back in 5 days, they are giving lame excuses like service personnel had met with an accident on one day and some other excuse on next day.
